Location is very good although the hotel is not facing a front of the village.

We stayed at 2nd floor and some noise came from the upper floor in a mid night.

This is our second stay at The Listel, Whistler. Rooms are clean and comfy. Location is an easy walk to everything.

DO NOT stay here if you want a sleep in. It was very noisy from 7am onwards, including staff vacuuming in the corridor at 8:30, talking loudly to each other, being loud when making up the rooms beside ours, knocking on our door at 10am when check out is 11.

It was kind of hard to take language from street to lobby or we didn’t see the ramp!

It was very central and the beds were comfy

The bathroom was quite dirty, there was black hair all over the floor and hanging off from the blow dryer.. I had to clean the bath out myself as there was black hair in it. Someone came and banged on the door at 1am multiple times and they were making a lot of noise in the hallways. I tried calling front desk a bunch of times but no one answered, I even tried from my phone. It’s a lot of money for less than 24 hours stay, dirty bathroom and a very interrupted sleep.

Jacuzzi/hot tub is small and was pretty crowded each time we wanted to use it

The hotel was stunning with really nice decor. It was right by the center of town so it was super easy to walk in and out, go shopping, for a hike, or grab a drink. The staff were really informative as well.

There was a bit of an issue with payment as the hotel didn't realise I'd already given a card via booking.com to pay with, so they double charged me. Thankfully they realised immediately and issued a refund.
