No breakfast, no air conditioning,no daily housekeeping.

Location was close to Granville Island which was great. Parking was directly under hotel and easy to access.

Access from garage to hotel was not handicapped accessible. Must drag suitcases etc. up about 10 stairs. Lobby was unfurnished and draped with drop clothes. Painters were working through the night. Jack hammers started hammering at 7 am on adjacent construction site. Room was very dusty and bathroom was very outdated. No room service regularly.

The room we had was Penthouse with big jacuzzi tub . Bed was comfy , was a huge room and tub was spot on

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

The in wall HVAC unit is very, very noisy.

Very good location for our needs and it had a parking garage. Rooms were specious. Had a microwave. Walking distance from the boardwalk and Granville island.

Pillows were clumpy and uncomfortable. The hotel is on the old side - but they were renovating as we were there, therefore it might improve.

My partner and I always love to take staycations and often look for hotels that have decent locations. This place seemed like a good place to try but was ultimately disappointed and frankly a little chuffed that they have the nerve to charge what they do while offering a room in that state of disrepair. None of the outlets worked in the built in side tables. I had to pull the mattress away from the wall to use the outlet that the extension cords were plugged into and under the bed was absolutely filthy. The outlets were loose and our chargers kept falling out of the sockets. I use a CPAP and it was very difficult to get it set up do to the inoperative sockets in the built in side tables. Kept having the chord for the CPAP unplug from the loose outlet which resulted in a very poor sleep. There’s definitely better options downtown.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, groß und geräumig. Jeden Morgen haben wir bei herrlichem Sonnenschein auf der Dachterrasse und abends auch mal ein Gläschen Wein getrunken. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und kompetent, wenn es um Fragen ging. Zum Hafen ist es zwar ein ganz schönes Stück zu laufen, dennoch würden wir dieses Hotel sofort wieder buchen.

Coffee pot was broken in room. Addressed with desk staff. They argued that it wasn’t broken. Took to the desk to have them show how it could work when broken. Had to go to desk again in am to pick up another pot.

Badezimmer nicht sehr sauber, schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es gab auch im und neben dem Hotel eine Baustelle, was nicht erwähnt wurde …

the sheets were dirty, bed was too soft, floor was dirty, bad odour inside the room and hall way, very old building, not noise proof

Great location, cute room, had everything we needed

The wiring in the room felt a bit precarious, but it is an old house so that's part of it.

The location, the room was big and clean. There was also a little kitchen in the penthouse which was useful. And two Saunas up there also.

Only thing was they were doing some construction downstairs which was noisy and dusty - but not anything enough to disturb us.

The staff. They accused us of being loud and charged us our deposit for being loud. Which we weren’t.

The location is easy to find. The staff are friendly and accommodating. And the room was clean and we feel comfortable.

I have only 1 complain, that is the water in the shower. There is no warm water, there’s only hot and cold. So it’s really a struggle taking a shower.

Its been a while we have choosing this hotel but everything is very bad at this time. Not clean and very noisy

Tout était compliqué (Pas de parking, utilisation de la laverie/blanchisserie compliqué car le paiement se fait uniquement avec des pièces de 1$ et le personnel ne m’ont pas facilité la tâche ne voulant pas échanger mes pièces de 2$ et de 0.25 cent contre des pièces de 1$, le restaurant à côté ne font pas d’échange de pièce non plus.) J’ai demandé à la réception si l’hôtel possédait un ATM et ils m’ont envoyé ailleurs, le lendemain j’ai vu qu’il y avait un ATM en me promenant dans le salon de la réception. La douche était cassé et ça mouillait toutes la salle de bain, du plafond jusqu’au sol. (Preuve en vidéo) Le sol était très gras, c’était désagréable.

The location was great. Was able to do lots of walking a sightseeing.

Unfortunately there was no mention of construction so it took way longer and many laps to finally park near the hotel to even check in. And there were a few small things that were in disrepair that could have been replaced or fixed before putting someone else in the room.
