朝も夜もすぐに川まで歩けます
周辺はアミューズメントパークや
レストランがたくさんあり
とっても便利です
夜、裏のお店でカラオケ大会だったので
すごくうるさかったです
後ろの窓だけでも２重にならないかな？

Perfect location to walk around Clifton Hill and down to the Falls.

Location- great to be able to walk everywhere without using our vehicle.
No elevators for heavy luggage and the thermostat kept heating the room while we were trying to cool it.

The location was spot on. I walked everywhere we wanted to go
The room was basic was cold didn’t know if the heating was on or off because it was worn out . There was hair all in the bathroom as well

We usually take a trip to the falls once a year. This was our first since CV 19. Staff and cleanliness were fantastic all around. You can't beat the location. Park your car for your stay and not move it. A heads up that parking will cost you $15 dollars a day, which is still cheaper than most lots. There's a $150 credit card hold above the cost of the room for the length of your stay. It's returned the day that you leave. Might be harder for families to come up with the extra.
I understand the cost of the rooms due to the location right on Clifton Hill. Extremely clean but could use an update to make the cost a little easier to swallow.

Location and parking were extremely convenient. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! Room was comfortable and washroom was very clean!

Great location. Everything is just outside the hotel which is great!! For the price I wasn’t pleased as what we paid for wasn’t worth it.
I booked room 262 & 263. 263 smelled really bad of mold and mildew. Room 263 had moldy sheets which was totally disgusting. Other wise the room was clean and the staff were very friendly!

The rooms smell terrible. They should vent their rooms out. It just becomes embarrassing to be the one responsible for booking this place.

Rooms were big and clean for a family of 5. Water pressure was great.
The room needs a bit of updating. Door in our room was old and needed to be pushed/pulled very hard in order to open/close.

I loved how close it was to all the attractions and how friendly the staff was .
Online said the pool wasnt open yet . When we arrived it was open so we came unprepared for swimming but thankfully we were able to make it work.

Very good location. walking distance to everything. Room is clean and big, washroom is also clean. Price is cheap for a superb experience. Will definitely recommend to friends and family! Receptionist is also friendly.

the beds were horrible and there was mold inside air conditioner and the bathtub was disgusting and so was the toilet

The place is very accessible to the falls and restaurants.
Room was not so clean and there was no safety deposit box inside the room. Our bed had some long hairs.

We liked the convenience of the location.
You can hear everything! You can hear cars on the street, people talking outside, doors slamming down the hall. Might be an idea to offer earplugs to guests.
