Friendly staff

The add one like paying to park were we are already paying to stay I find this shifty and leaves me a bitter feeling.

Great location. Literally minutes from all of the key places.

Very stylish - great staff

Smooth and quick check in, friendly staff, we were upgraded upon check in which was fantastic and a great surprise after a long flight delay. The shop inside the hotel was very handy and they also serve coffee in there too! Location was perfect right in the centre and only a 10 minute taxi to Canada Place cruise terminal.

There wasn't anything about our stay that we could fault! Everything was perfect! We didn't eat breakfast or dine in the restaurant so unfortunately I cant comment on this but I'm sure this would have been great.

Excellent bed

Shower good, but head felt a bit odd. Also odd we couldn't use the fridge for personal purchases as was weighed.

Beautifully appointed room and great location for restaurants and touring city

There wasn't a great system for splitting bills at hotel restaurant - was very convoluted. Also would have been great if there was an ATM machine onsite.

Everything but the staff were superb. I was not feeling too well after coming off a cruise and Cesar upgraded us and allowed early access which was so appreciated

Location was good and the doormen were friendly

Stayed three times over a week and on two occasions had two different female Asian women on check in were very unfriendly and perfunctory and also confused as to whether I had paid or not. They made it a horrible welcome after a long flight from Australia asking me for credit card statements when I even had the confirmation on my iPad screen in front of them.

Location is perfect for experiencing downtown Vancouver and the room was ultra comfortable. I also enjoyed the noon chexkout

I know the nightly rate was in keeping with similar hotels but man, it's getting unbearably expensive to stay in Vancouver!

The hotel was really lovely! The staff were great and gave us local dinner recommendations. The rooms were very comfortable and it’s in a great location

Our room was originally next to the ice machine and we heard loud banging all through our first night. The next day we asked to move rooms and they were very accommodating. Sadly we lost our nice view and our large room, but that’s ok. The staff did all they could for us to be comfortable

The location was great. The hotel was exceptional. The staff were very good.

The price was too high

The front desk is very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable beds. They have good laundry facility.

The property was good. Close to everything we needed.

We paid for parking but got a $100 ticket anyway and now I’ve got to call to sort it out or pay. It’s a headache and I may be out $100 at the end of it all after paying a lot of the hotel and parking fee.

Bed is soft and comfy, location is great with restaurant and wine store nearby, the stand alone shower and water pressure all good. Front desk staff friendly and helpful.

Only one thing; the cost. Makes it tough to stay more often.

The room was good size for two adults, a very large king bed, all facilities of a 5 star hotel available as expected. The location of the hotel was so central and walking distance to everything. Felt safe walking around here at night.

Two items were broken in the room - however a quick response from maintenance staff to fix these was greatly appreciated. I believe that these should have been seen when the room was cleaned prior to our arrival.

Beautiful hotel with a nice pool. Room was very spacious. Having a couch and coffee table in the room was really nice.

Minibar fridge

Great location. Room was clean, very happy with the “over and above” by staff in providing me a personal mini fridge to keep my water cold! Overall a great experience thank you!

That the mini fridge in the room is stocked with expensive drinks and alcohol, would be nice to leave it empty and allow us to use it for personal use but staff made up for it by bringing me my own mini fridge to use! So appreciate it. Would’ve been nice to have a fitted sheet on the bed too instead of a top sheet. It kept getting tangled in the night and I wound up unknowingly sleeping on the bare mattress at one point 🤮 still very happy with my stay. Staff are so nice 😊

This used to be a great hotel. They don't have valet anymore and the line ups for checking in were very long and check in was tedious. The hotel is a little run down and needs some renovating. Won't be going here again.

Awesome location and comfort.

A bit dated, and a few extra amenities would be great. Better televisions with ease of use; a window in the bedroom; larger tubs that aren’t awkwardly shaped.
