The hallway smelled of vomit! The ac didn’t work.

Close to airport & staff member was very helpful & went above & beyond by calling our room to make sure we were up when he didn’t see us check out at our planned time. He even packed us a bagged breakfast on the run before breakfast was due to be served.

They took $250 dollars deposit and they didn’t return it back yet but they said it will be returned automatically after 2 days until now it’s 7 days and they didn’t returned my money yet to my credit card

well the property was clean until they was doing construction inside my room owe does that when a client is staying there.
there was work been done in my room when I was staying there and the work men leave dusty tools and wood chips all over the floor and my belongings.

Our room was clean and staff was helpful and friendly.

Didn't like Collette (housekeeper) barging into my room without waiting for me to respond to her knock.
Didn't like her telling me that it was okay that she barged in when it clearly is not okay.
Didn't like when she told me to get dressed after she barged into my room and was rude and dismissive.
Didn't like when her son K, who works afternoon shift on housekeeping staff, stole $175 from my purse when he brought me towels.

No microwave, no mini refrigerator, the room temperature was 28 degrees at check in!!! Like wth? The bathtub is extremely outdated along with the curtains! The linens on the beds were dismal to say the least!! Y’all definitely need to get better fluffier comforters! And please don’t get me started on the atrocious size of the tv in my room!! Are you guys serious?!?
