The water jugs in lobby with lemon etc. - I wish they were located on each floor! Breakfast was amazing

My room was comfortable

Very dated, pool was not running, no microwave in my room, parking was sooo tight I got a nice big scratch on my truck due to parking being full and no space for people between cars, the rooms are not sound proof at all, I could hear the person next to me I’m assuming going to the washroom often, and tthe toilets flushing all night and screaming outside. Would have been nice to know the hotel was sold out I would have never booked. Costed me more to stay and fix the issues afterwards

They said I booked wrong when I had asked about sofa bed. Which is what it said on booking. Com on the price of the room. Then they had no sofa beds. Charged me more than the room then charged again for cot. I said they falsely advertised ion the website

The room was modern, very comfortable bed, quiet, clean .

Our tap in the bathroom had very low pressure. The price was a little steep. Parking spots are a little tight but we are not used to that as we live in the country!

Location was great and customer service as well. Unfortunately, that’s where that ends.

Out dated hotel in general. Doors keep slamming which makes it extremely hard to sleep. The facility in general needs a lot of work to keep it up to part to its competitors. With all due respect the pricing doesn’t justify the hotel.

I didn't like one thing about this hotel.

Awful. The heater wouldn't turn off. Front desk said thermostat was broken so it was 25.8 degrees all night in our room. Chair in the room was all shredded materials. Out dated for $300 a night. Never stay here again.
