The indoor pool was warm, pool area was surrounded with plants.

Although the pool was warm, the 'hot tub' had no seating and you stood in there with other hotel guests. It was weird. For breakfast, you needed tickets/passes to go and breakfast was not good and in an older, run down restaurant of the hotel. Rooms facing the pool meant you could see into other people's rooms while swimming. The hotel also had a strange layout and there was an elevator in the lobby that wasn't for hotel guests but for tenants that lived in a section of the hotel.

Location of the hotel was great, rooms were OK. Staff were great and very responsive.

Building seemed older and unkempt. Hallways were dark, and smelly. Pool area was dark also. Breakfast was OK but not a great selection and coffee was terrible.

The atrium and pool are beautiful. So much potential here.

The beds were absolutley awful. Completely clapped-out, sunken from all side. We had a hard time sleeping and woke up very sore. The beds ruined our stay and our review of the hotel. They were so bad we won't return, which is a shame because the hotel has so much potential.

The location is perfect if your going to the red deer hospital or the curling club in downtown

The heater/ AC is right beside the bed closet to the bathroom and is dam noisey and the bathrooms are so dam small you can’t even turn around in them and shower heads in showers are horrible

breakfast was ok, some hot items were a bit cold. Room was satisfactory. Pool would have been great to utilize but there were screaming children in there the whole time. Staff were generally friendly.

the screaming children in the pool- i could hear them in my room. Also the chaos of the dining room in the morning, no fault of the staff but the other guests were honestly just unruly. The area the hotel was in felt unsafe. The building from the outside looked in poor shape.

The room was clean and comfortable. it included a hot buffet breakfast which was good when the hotel was busy on a long weekend and there was good turnover. on Tuesday, however, we were the only ones in the breakfast room and the food was sitting too long. the coffee was good.

Very noisy kids in the pool and hot tub well past pool closing time, and when they were finally sent to their rooms, they went back to the pool to party till 2:00am. The breakfast entrees were not refreshed when it wasn’t busy, therefore at 8am it was basically inedible, but would have been good at 6:30. We had a dog with us so had a room on the second floor overlooking the pool courtyard and our balcony door would not open, and not fully close.

First room assigned to us was dirty. There were pet hairs on one of the beds and toilet was unacceptably dirty (even took pictures to show the front desk). Thanks to the front desk lady on duty that day , she immediately transferred us to a new room. Hotel is old. Rooms and facilities need some updating.
