Very nice and friendly people in the hotel, not only employees also guests.

We stayed for 2 nights. The first day we came back at 3pm and the room was not cleaned, understanding that it was at the end of the alley and the cleaners were still about 5 rooms from our room. But at the end it was no issue, because there wasn't too much to clean.

Great staff, Clean room, Good breakfast. Safe.

Nice, clean, with good hotel breakfast. Also accepts pets.

Wifi wouldn't work with my Mac for some reason (never got the "accept conditions" screen so I couldn't connect), but worked with my family's Windows computers. To be fair, I didn't go and ask the front desk for help. Otherwise would have been an 8 or 9.

location and staff were excellent

They had no booking for us from Booking.com. Fortunately, the hotel accommodated us, regardless. Hotel was excellent. Booking.com was a big fail!

Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was great lots of space in the room Travelling through.
