When arrived late at night room was in middle of renovations TV on the floor - bathroom in the process of being painted and mess on the counter that would have been below the TV if it was actually on the wall. No other pet room available so had to keep driving to find a room This was 10:00pm !

The bed appeared new. it was very comfortable. For all of the activity in the other rooms, it was still very quiet.

Right off the bat, I ran into trouble at the clerk desk. I Was visiting a foreign country, Canada, so I was prepared to pay upfront with cash. to my dismay, I was told, sorry, we do not accept cash! Canadian Dollars. The clerk attempted to contact the manager to no avail. Very disappointed. Not all of the trash was removed from previous tenants. All towels were not replaced every day. (three day stay)

The prices were very high, even for a holiday weekend. The complimentary breakfast was not as adequate as most of the Super 8 motels.

The waffle mix went bad and made me ill

It was close to where we needed to be, the staff was friendly.

No elevator, which was tiresome with a toddler. Pool was closed and there was construction, with no notification. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned all that well - it was clean enough but still bit in crevices and on floor, toilet paper roll half gone. The pillows weren’t comfortable but there were a lot of them which helped.

We were in Kelowna for a dog show in the Winfield Curling club. We made this abundantly clear with the booking agent and explained we needed to be close to this facility - and were told this facility was close. It was a 45 minute drive, and there were two Super 8 motels which were closer. One was two minutes away!
