Good location, was central for what we needed for the trip

Bedding was good and beds comfortable. Rooms are a bit outdated.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Wir konnten zu Fuß nach Granville Island laufen durch ein sehr schönes Wohnviertel. Auch die Haltestelle zur Canada Line zum Flughafen war nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Staff were very friendly and eager to help. Room was of a good size and clean. Could not fault anything - would definitely consider staying there again

Everything went well - additional parking was expensive especially as the room is not cheap - though its Vancouver.

We needed to change rooms after the first night due to mechanical noises. Also room was jammed between elevator shaft and ice dispenser. The other assigned room was better but the through-the-wall air conditioner is unacceptable for comfort and not expected for this high-rise hotel. It significantly cheapens the experience. Breakfast was not included and that is OK as it looked very average.

Location and staff was excellent. Clean rooms and common areas. Enjoyed the view of the city.

Beds need replaced, no microwave in room.
