The whole pool & pool room is in dire need of updating & the water was cloudy!

The service, checkin and the rooms were very nice, loved the extended times on check out late checkout

The hot tub had a ring around it and pool was murky .my friend didn’t want to enter.

Loved the fresh clean smell and updated room. Really appreciated the Dove product’s available in room.

Parking alone at night felt sketchy because it’s behind the hotel.

Staff were very good. Continental breakfast was in a great space with a good array of food. Our room was quiet.

While the rooms seemed clean, some things are looking a bit worn. Although, at the time we were there they also seemed to be doing some minor renovations which maybe would be addressing some of the maintenance concerns going forward. I'm used to sleeping on a foam mattress. Their mattresses were springy. A bit noisier and a different feel that what I was used to. But I slept fine in general.

main door not working only 1 elevator working to serve ALL hotel guests. 1 elevator out of order have to go down to reception 4x as our room key isn’t working at all. have to move to a room. disabled customer’s first room is tooo far from the elevator. 2nd room’s tub is too dirty
