I don’t want to generalize, but we are not having a good experience with some staff. We came to our room and the TV wasn’t working (no signal) so we tried the WiFi, which isn’t working either. When we asked staff about it, they were very condescending. They also told us that we, the guests, had to call IT… I mean, what? Ok… I guess we will do that… but IT did not resolve the issue. Staff tried to give us a hidden network that also didn’t work. This was happening with 4 devices… I gave up after 4.5h of trying. Staff tried calling the room and even their phone didn’t ring… clearly something is wrong… it’s not even that big of a deal as I can use my mobile plan, but what amazes me is how we, the guests, had to go out of our way to try to resolve this and all we got were more inconveniences. “True Canadian Hospitality” is not what we are experiencing. Not saying you shouldn’t stay here, but we won’t return.
