The room was very clean and quiet!

Die Lage in der Upper Eastside ist durch die gute Anbindung an die Metro zentraler als gedacht und die unmittelbare Umgebung sehr ansprechend. Zudem war das Personal sehr freundlich. Der Fitnessraum ist ebenfalls positiv hervorzuheben.

Die Zimmergroesse war ok, etwas mehr Platz wäre schöner gewesen.

Very inconvenient to get ice, vending machines, and utensils. Also, not the friendliest employees at the front desk.

I love this hotel and location because I visit my children in this neighborhood.

I rated it as bad only because the price increased by $116 without any notice, and when I asked about the difference I was simply told "it's the marathon." This was an example of simple price gauging.

Had a great time. Staff is very courteous. Very clean rooms. Ms Joan was very kind, and responded to all of our needs. Was able to get a microwave to keep my family of 5 well fed. Location was perfect

Clean, staff on 24/7.

Everything about this stay was awful. The lobby was dirty, there was a moldy smell throughout the entire hotel. Our room was filthy. We checked out and had to stay at another hotel.

Awesome location. Really nice staff. 

There are some good restaurants within walking distance. Lobby is nice.

Could be cleaner, noise level during our stay from other rooms was not good. For the price it was very average.

It is incredibly outdated & run down. Even the elevators were challenging. I know this is NYC but the room was so small the furniture didn’t fit.
