The staff was really nice the room was a good size clean and breakfast was nice

Everything was clean, beds were comfortable the Staff were all awesome

The staff member at the breakfast bar was super nice and was very on-point in terms of keeping everything clean and stocked up. They also took the time to tell us more about the pancake maker, which was pretty awesome (BTW, they're delicious). It would be nice if they served breakfast a little later than 9:30. The selection of the food was good as well.

This hotel definitely doesn't meet the standards of the typical Holiday Inn. We requested a pet-friendly room when we booked and were given attitude from the front desk agent when we arrived saying that they weren't informed that we had a dog. The room was pretty spacious, one king bed, a chair and dresser. When we were in bed, we heard our dog chewing on something under the bed; got out of bed in a panic and found him chewing on a sock ... that definitely wasn't ours, and a popcorn kernel that he could have choked on. There was even a note on the nightstand telling us to "rest assured" because they're "committed to high levels of cleanliness" - which is obviously a load of cr@p. We chose this hotel because of our past experiences with the Holiday Inns that we've stayed at plus the cleanliness rating of booking.com.

the continental breakfast was gone by the time I headed down to the breakfast area at 10:15 am . Breakfast is packed up and gone by 9:30 am apparently . I feel cereals and cold food and such should of been left out until at least 10:30 am !
