Excellent location by harbour, rooms were very clean, beds comfortable.
Breakfast room hot and crowded, kitchenette had no dishes.

The location was perfect, a secure parking lot, wonderfully comfortable bed and a spacious room.

No fan in bathroom, which is unusual. We just opened the bathroom window, but not so great when it's cold out.

The proximity from the harbour is what makes this hotel stay very convenient.
There was no room clean up service for the 3 days we were there. There was no complimentary bottled waters for the whole stay as we need to be a best western member to avail it for fee as per the staff. For the amount we paid, service was pretty subpar.
Server at the breakfast lounge ignored me a couple of times but was very friendly only to a select guest. Did not bother to answer my greeting and even gave me a bad look for no reason at all.

close to ferry and included breakfast
bed was horribly uncomfortable, fold out bed was a spring mattress and each coil could be felt… very uncomfortable as well. Even with the heat completely off, it was still on and heating the room, as a menopausal woman, that added to it being uncomfortable

Big roomy unit with a fully stocked kitchen. Big sofa with sofa bed. Good location with 5min walk to Fairmont Empress and harbour where most of the sightseeing happens. Easily walk to dining options. Awesome breakfast included too :)
The main bed was definitely not a Queen!

Everything was seamless.
Post covid, self serve breakfasts seem uniformly awful. Even hot foods seem pre-packaged and tasteless.
