The breakfast and location were great! The kids enjoyed the pool.
The bed wasn’t that comfortable, the noise was crazy. We were on the third floor everytime someone walked above us our tv and the stand would shake.

Good sized rooms, comfortable beds and very clean. The swimming pool and hot tub were a lovely addition. Also the inclusive breakfasts offered a very good hot/cold selection in a nice diner style environment that was spotlessly clean and staffed. Also complimentary coffee/tea in the main reception area.

The room is big and clean. Most important is the bed is comfortable.
The staff are very friendly and always similes. The staff who prepares the breakfast are very helpful. I had a wonderful vacation here.
There are many big super-stores around the hotel. I took Ebus from here to Kelowna. Ebus station is near the Sahali Mall. Just a few minutes walk. Very convenient.

the location, reception service was good, the coffee in the lobby, the pool
room cleaning service ( there was no at all) and the breakfast was very poor and untasty, paper tellers and plastic fork/ knife!

the pet freindly room was on 1st floor.
at 8am....the fruit plate was empty already. Perhaps someone took some for lunch too?? But it was empty.
In a room with two queen beds, there was only water glass in the bathroom

Appartment and pool were great,exactly what we needed.
We don't like that the deposit was more higher then all price for stay and they keep it for long time,we still waiting for return the deposit it is big minus.
