Location was okay. Sheets had stains on them. Found tissue in the one corner of the mattress. Horrible lighting. Hole in the desk wall. Tub was dirty. There was a weird tapping sound in the wall when you flush the toilet. Had to get help 3 times in order for the tv to work the satellite service and you were very limited as to what to watch. The room service menu now that was insane. $13 for a cheeseburger?! Plus the service is not on location. Won’t be staying with Motel 6 again this is strike 2. Last time was in rosemont, Il and it had bedbugs but this was 9 years ago. So yeah strike 2 Motel 6 won’t be returning ever!

Booked as "accessible. Tiny bath, not accessible. No tissue. Large enough room but no chairs. TV didn't work. One grab bar in bathroom not reachable from toilet and none in tub. No ice. No fridge/ microwave. Lights in headboard couldn't be turned off, room brightly lit all night.

I canceled my reservation on 7/14/2023 by sending an email . But never got a response or confirmation from anyone

There were quite a few bugs (gross). The AC unit was unplugged, so it's a good thing we didn't need it. Mysterious splatter stain on the ceiling (room 240). Could definitely smell weed at one point, but that was the least shocking part.

I liked the responsiveness of staff, very helpful! Nice bed. Very clean.

Well, sub-par coffee & only regular roast ( not incl. Decaf). That is very outdated now! Another thing I'd like are a couple of benches not far from the door. People meeting someone or waiting for their Lyft have no place to sit, out front!

Easy to find from the freeway.

I have used Motel 6 a lot in the past as they are generally good value for money and provide the basics of a comfortable bed and decent shower. Didn’t check in until around 10pm as had attended a baseball game. Police outside on arrival. During check in people were asked to leave the lobby area as police had guns drawn in what was described as a hostage situation. Lots of people in corridors until well past midnight making a lot of noise including shouting, young children and a dog. One room had the TV on loud all night. Put the AC unit on to drown outside noise but it was the loudest AC I have ever heard. Not a comfortable overnight stay and would recommend people not to stay here. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable, the shower was good and there was a good channel selection on the TV.

When you come into the lobby all you smell is urine. Our first room the television was missing. So we moved to a different location that room was not cleaned. I went to the dollar store and got some cleaning supplies for us. Regardless to where we go I'm going to clean the where we lay our heads. The room didn't even have a refrigerator or microwave for us to eat our food that night or before going to the airport that early in the morning. This was the worst place we have ever been to. The hallway smells like piss, urine. We will not be back. The staff was great, but the motel wasn't very good at all. We don't know if you house homeless people there, but that still shouldn't be an issue. We were only there to be closer to the airport at 4:00a.m. we drove an hour to get there but like I stated my wife had to clean the room for us. ALL HOTELS AND MOTELS HAVE A REFRIGERATOR AND MICROWAVE. Very sad very sad.

The room phone not connected, wifi didn't work even after letting them know twice. Didn't sleep well from all the noise from room above. Curtains covered most of window, AC didn't work, the plug was messed up. Floors were sticky. Beds have plastic bed coverings made for uncomfortable sleeping.

Location of motel was great. Room was OK - I wasn't paying for a 5 star experience.

I don't like having to tell staff that my keycard has to be reactivated every night. That should be taken care of when I book the room (meaning I booked the room for 6 nights - I shouldn't need to speak with staff to get into my room nightly). Wifi was weak in my area. Wifi should be strong when being advertised as a perk for the room. I found myself switching between LTE wifi through Google and the motel's wifi as needed.

Very friendly, we were able to check in before 3 to a nice room very clean and fresh. the night person was helpful with dinning options in the area as well.
