Kostenlose Parkplätze, der Poolbereich war sauber.
Das Hotel scheint fest in spanischsprechender Hand zu sein. Die Mitarbeiter sind bemüht aber nur selten freundlich.
Die Zimmer (wir haben eine Suite gebucht) sind nicht schön geschnitten, sie entsprechen nur zum Bruchteil der Bilder die sich auf der Webseite befinden. Die Klimaanlage stank und liess sich nur mäßig bedienen.
Das Frühstück war ein Desaster. Alles abgepackt, es schmeckt nicht. Das nennt man auch Abfertigung.
Viel zu wenig Plätze für mögliche Anzahl übernachtender Gäste. Frühstückszeit von 07:00Uhr bis 09:30Uhr. Danach wird der Freühstückssaal abgeschlossen.
Für geschäftliche einmalige Übernachtung mag das passen, aber für Familienurlaub - leider nein.

Stayed there for the “free” breakfast. Oatmeal was SO thin - more like soup. Fruit cocktail in Florida??? Really??? Ham was nothing but lunch meat diced up. No fresh fruit salad??? Waffle mix was also VERY diluted - I can see trying to be cost conscious but the breakfast was ridiculous!

Limpieza y las que atienden el restaurante muy buenas en su trabajo
La recepción solo una persona fue amable durante la estancia repetida de tres semanas, al final me cancelaron la reservación la última noche a las 8 cuando ya llegue con mi familia. Con mentiras y engaños diciendo que por culpa de mi banco me habían dejado sin habitación, fueron atrevidos e irrespetuosos. No volveré y no lo recomiendo si es usted una persona con mas de una opción para poderse alojar, piénselo bien.

For KSC visiting it’s good location, room size is ok, the bed is quite comfortable, the shower is not really strong but was acceptable

Receptionist staff are willing to help and kind people. I felt extremely safe with my girls. And the hotel is in a great location.
The location is great, but the staff in the kitchen is rude. They made me and my girls feel like we are bothering them or in there way. The kitchen staff needs customer service training and be nicer to the guest.

The location is good. Driving time to downtown Miami is 20 to 25 minutes. The Everglades are close and it is also easy to drive to the Keys. The airport can be reached in about 15 minutes.
Next to the hotel is a mall that offers a supermarket and food options in walking distance.
I didn't like that all the dishes used for breakfast were single use, meaning that a lot of trash is produced.
The only elevator is very slow and the stairs are not conveniently located to be used instead of the elevator.

The breakfast was good I just felt bad for the staff having to clean up after grown folks.. it was serve yourself and had ample trash accessible yet people just got up and walked right past .

Nice, clean and spacious rooms. Some good restaurants next to the hotel, as well as some shops. Very friendly and helpful staff. I’m general very nice neighborhood.
If general all was good. The only aspect was that it was quite a drive from Miami center, but it was something I was aware off while booking.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. we went down for breakfast and I was surprised at the variety for a continental breakfast. the room was clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient. My son and I walked to the shopping center next door for dinner. It was great!

The friendliest feline greeter who welcomed us to the hotel made our day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple but was satisfying.
