Clean and close to everything

Parking is a nightmare!!!!

I made breakfast at the condo for my family. It was close to the beach and surrounding good places to eat.

The bed in the master bedroom was not comfortable . You also were missing pans on the kitchen pantry.

To far to beach

The property location was phenomenal, beach was easy to access and always an open spot.

The decor is dated, the tile floors are chipped, the bathrooms are rusted all over. The beds are really broken down.

Everything else.

Had to ask for a/c filter change...promptly obliged.

The room was beautiful and exceeded my expectations. Everything was exceptionally clean! The view was incredible. I did not expect that beach chairs and umbrellas would be included in our room. Chairs and umbrellas are always available at an additional cost at every resort I've stayed at but there were 2 chairs and 3 umbrellas provided by Surf Beach Resort at no additional charge. The location is awesome! There are so many great places to shop and eat within walking distance and a free shuttle available to John's Pass Boardwalk. I will definitely be returning to to Surf Beach Resort!

The walk from the resort to the beach is a little longer than I would have liked. It's not so bad if you don't have to carry a cooler, chairs, umbrellas, and beach bags. It'd be nice if there were an option to rent a wagon for the day or anything to make it a little easier to haul everything. We drove from Pennsylvania and did not have enough room in our vehicle for our wheeled cooler but it would have made things much easier. I plan to purchase a collapsible wagon for future visits.

Property and pool area was always kept clean. Living quarters were very nice with much of the essentials provided. Relaxing atmosphere in the evenings and the boardwalk close for walks. Coffee, ice cream, restaurants and shops close by.

The distance to the beach wasn't bad, but sometimes the soft, loose sand could be a little challenging for those who had difficulty walking. Parking spaces are tight for the resort guests vehicles.

Everything was great. The walk to beach was very wet, but the weather was great! We loved our stay. The lady at front desk was super friendly. Had a great time would definitely return there
