Very clean, friendly staff, good breakfast options

The bathtub and sink in the washroom drained too slow.

The girl at audit made us feel like we were bugging her and like no one goes in at night to request a room. She kept repeating, you usually come the next night or blah blah. It took her half hour just to get us in and she had to come and take us to our room and let us in with their key because she couldn't make us up one again because it was during night audit and blah blah blah

We loved the Breakfast, hot and cold and we were able to make our own waffles. The staff were very friendly and helpful

Breakfast not as good as previous visits. Less choice, cooler temperature and some days no items.

Didn’t like the smell of dirty head oil on back cushions of seating in studio.

Beautiful room and overall location.

Coffee maker made me ill. It was disgusting! The tea I made caused me to be ill all night and the next day from whatever caused to coffee maker to turn/spoil inside. I did not realize the foul smell was coming from the coffee maker. I thought it was the drain for the sink right beside the coffee maker initially. Had to wait for breakfast. I understand they don't want to make large amounts, but to have a handful of omelets prepared so people don't have to wait would make sense.

I liked the staff except one... Lin was very nice, and she was very kind .

in the day we arrived after 7 hour's drive from Montreal, it was around 8PM, no one was in the reception, we have to wait 15 mn !! it was very bad to come to the hotel and no one attending or even note on the front desk i did little noise (hellooooooo call to the reception but nothing...) then came out very rude guy and tell me not to do noise, offence my child (take out your Garbisch. was food and personal staf) If I was not I was going out from the hotel . then Lin change all (in the days after) also I reported to the staff that 5 cigars wher missing after the first day they clean my room

Clean, nice decor, nice amenities, good breakfast, wonderful towels!

microwave in kitchenette was old and slow. Coffee maker kept shutting off while trying to brew a cup.
