The scenery and quiet place .

Not much services ex:no towels at one point inside pool area no restaurant area closed on Sunday and Monday.

Location and view

Room was not clean. Especially the bathroom.

The coffe and the eggs were cold, no bread at all and expensive

great location, nice rooms, nice outdoor hot tub

room was cold, no one came to assist and see why our heating was not working although we requested assistance several times. our child became quite sick vomiting and we requested new bed sheets and towels 4x throughout the day with no assistance. we left all of the dirty towels and sheets outside the door and 24hrs later they were still there covered in vomit. our neighbours had food left outside of their door for 48hrs as well. I don’t know if there was a minor staff shortage that weekend but it was very disappointing.

Nice room with fireplace though dated, indoor pool and outdoor hot tub/sauna.

Room service dishes from at least 5 different rooms on our floor hallway were not picked up for 3 days. We had to ask for extra robe, blankets for 3rd person.

Nice big room and very clean. Beautiful view of Mont Orford and the surroundings

Noisy heating system. Only 2 plastic cups for glasses. No coffee cups utensils to go along with the coffee machine. I am not sure why it is that way. Plastic would do as a minimum.

We had great time here everything was perfect! I would book it again.

it was beautiful and clean. gorgeous grounds. staff was helpful and friendly.

At around midnight there were people partying in the whole, running up and down the hall. I did not call the front desk.

We stayed here for one night on our way to quebeq. traveling with 3 kids we arrived at 10pm. the room had no bed sheets for the sofa bed for the kids. when trying to call the reception 4 times to get sheets no one answered. my husband had to go down to the reception which on the other side of the hotel where the person at the reception gave him one blanket , and sheets and had to carry it by himself upstairs, and we had to make our own bed. this has never happened to us in a hotel and we travel a lot. the person at the reception said he will come up with pillows but never came. in the morning we went to the reception to complain, the receptionist said she can’t help us, she can only take a message for the manager and he will call us. she couldn’t even let us have breakfast for the bad experience of the night before. she said the manager is with his family and he can’t be disturbed. We NEVER had such a bad experience at a hotel and it’s not like this is a 2 star motel. 0 customer service, 0 willingness to help. disgraceful!!!!

- Good value for the price. - Very nice view of the room, as it was all snowy outside - Easy access to the outside area (play in snow) - I loved the outside jacuzzi in winter - I also loved that all snow equipment was available for free (tubes and slides, raquettes, ski de fond) - the hotel's gold course turned into a lovely snow play area - Love that we had access to the Charibourg Hotel installations too - our son could play in the indoor playground, and we could use the pool (which we didn't). - The room was clean and not as outdated as some other reviews said. Good room size. The bathroom was ok, nothing fancy but what we needed. - The breakfast buffet was ok for the price, nothing extraordinary, but with good variety.

- At some point, the air conditioner stopped throwing hot air and only cold air would come out. It got pretty cold in the bedroom. I think the reception has total control over it and some time after calling and complaining, it started throwing warm air again. - Double bad was the regular size, not large. Quite uncomfortable, too. The sofa bed was uncomfortable as well. - We ended up sleeping 2 adults and 1 toddler on a simple double bed, which would have been very unpleasant if we had stayed more than 3 nights.

Nice hotel close to the lake, although there was a large group of people (150) it didn't feel crowded, nice outdoor jacuzzi, and spa

Everything was ok (beds not overly comfortable but ok, cleanliness ok, staff ok...)
