Rien de spécial

Manque de maintenance: toit qui coule dans la piscine; entretien extérieur pauvre (saleté devant les portes); pas d’ascenseur. Nous sommes arrivés au milieu de l’après-midi, l’hôtel était littéralement vide et on nous a donné une chambre au 3e étage (pas d’ascenseur) le plus loin possible de la réception, la dernière chambre au bout du corridor! Le loquet de sécurité sur la porte était arraché. Le petit déjeuner famélique.

The location was good and we were surprised to find out there was a continental breakfast as that wasn’t listed on their website.

We booked this specific hotel for their hot tub option. We were quite excited to use the hot tub, however, when we arrived it was in disrepair. Upon check out we brought up this issue and asked if it would be possible to have a discount as the hotel did not meet our expectations. The receptionist stated that “maybe (she) could get the manager to call us”. We left our phone number, however, there has been no phone call. Quite a disappointment to the start of our family vacation!

Room clean but rundown, bathroom definitely needs work. Bed firm for us and pillows useless.

I will definitely coming back. Though there's no elevators, have to make sure to get room on ground floors only. Also able to bring my trike inside really made the difference.
