It was very comfortable and convenient
The breakfast service was atrocious. The power kept going on and off. Couldn’t make pancakes/waffles and the toaster was extremely slow. Ran out of eggs, bagels and coffee. Only one person serving the area and she couldn’t do anything about the power. Also not enough table space. Needs improvement!

We were only staying overnight in Cranbrook on our way back home. We had a late check-in and early start the next day. The room was ready when we arrived. Breakfast is modest but it was sufficient and allowed us to get on our way as early as possible.

uncomfortable beds/pillows, not very clean, unhelpful staff, pool was closed but looked disgusting (and now from reading other reviews I’m glad it was closed while we stayed!)

The entryway of the hotel is terrible. There’s a big hole and we inform the front desk about it and she just ignore our inquiry about their facility.
The room doesn’t have shower curtain when we use the shower! Incomplete set of shower amenities “no conditioner”. And unacceptable excuse to put the pool “out of order”, just when we really want to use it. Just because there’s a lot of hockey players in their facility, that they need to close it. Not very good place to stay.

It’s accessible and very close to all the stores and food restaurants in Cranbrook, BC.
It’s just so sad to know that the swimming pool is closed.

Hot tub was empty, pool was low. Coffee was water, breakfast was terrible.

Great wifi, clean rooms, nice staff. Breakfast was limited but what was offered was very good. Pool slide was fantastic, pool was clean and maintained.
Unfortunate that the hot tub was out of order.

2nd floor with no elevator, carpet are old and fraying away at seams .. customer service was not very helpful when pancake machine wasn't working properly, she was not very customer friendly,I don't need lecture on how run pancake machine ..

They need to put at least 2 regular coffee pods in the room. I write this recommendation EVERY time I stay there. Usually there is 2 people in a room , so put 2 regular coffee pods, not 1 regular and 1 decaf.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful…air conditioner was quite and the bed was amazingly comfortable…loved the pool and the water slide…thks again

It was a short stay. In late, out early, no breakfast.
The only complaint was the smell of pot in the hallways. Not much can be done about that.

Front desk staff was not on site when we arrived and we had to wait to check in, once the check in began he was quite rude and of putting, like we interrupted him and he made it known he was irritated by us being there. The pool is still closed because of ‘covid’ which is annoying, everything else everywhere else is open and able to be enjoyed. Very dated property.

when checking in I was repeatedly asked about pets? I don’t know why she thought I had pets but I didn’t, also was charged a 100 dollar deposit because I was from in town

Excellent 5* staff, very polite. Confortable bed. Easy free parking. Quiet and clean room.
Pool and sauna are still closed because of COVID19! I mean it's been 3 years and this Covi thing is over now. To me it looks more like a pretext to reduce costs. Breakfast is based almost exclusively on carbohydrates (sugar). Need more meats (scrambled eggs, ham, bacon, etc).

Scam alert. They take an additional $100 from your credit card in case you wreck the room. I'm still waiting for the refund. Do not leave hotel without the $100 being refunded onto you credit card.

The room was nice. The room was clean and it was easy to check in .
They advertised the hot tub being open. when we got there the hot tub was very closed and had been for a long time. Also the breakfast was not as advertised. It was a muffin and an apple in a bag. Not a full continental as advertised.

This was a convenient hotel for a one night stay after a late flight. The bed was very comfy. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The breakfast, was underwhelming. An apple, muffin and juice box in a bag to eat on the go or in your room was all that was on offer.
