convenient location.
staff where helpful with local knowledge.
we require a room change as the carpet was wet. the was no hesitation is changing the room.
wet carpet. Breakfast we a bit hit and miss with what was available. staff were nice but a bit slow in restocking Breakfast items. I had to ask each morning for items. eg bread fruit.

More breakfast options needed- ie scrambled eggs and sausage.
Microwave in room would be nice.
A late check out to work with the shuttle departure would be nice.

Breakfast in the morning included with the price.
It's an old hotel that still has some work to do to rid the environment of old smoke smells. The view is not something that you can do anything about but influences the perception of the hotel.

the bathroom floor was full of water, furniture needs upgrading, the price is too high for an older hotel. we paid less for a new hotel with more amenities.
would not recommend it.

This hotel surpassed our expectations. It was comfortable, clean, the staff were SO accommodating and friendly. The view from our room was nice and we appreciated having the desk in the room to work from. The microwave and fridge were perfect too, plus the room size felt big. We will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Prince Rupert.

Room was dirty. I let them know first room was dirty. They upgraded us but the second room was also dirty...

I just stayed to have a nap then get on the ferry I probably would have had a bath as well but I was grossed out by the hairs

something i didn’t trust with staff. they took my credit card details twice. i will keep an eye on my statements as i don’t want any fraud to occur.

The curtains would not close and the shower/ bathtub is broken in my room (no water usage)

Rude male receptionist. Absolutely not enjoying his job. The lady who took over was courteous. The second time arriving at the front desk 5/6 personnel were chatting without any regard to a guest with questions.
Room: window sounded that it would come off any second.
Placed a do not disturb sign on my door, because I have a night shift. The first morning some lady was on a radio, next to my door, yelling to her colleague.
