Parking lot was to close to each other. (To small)

Breakfast was great and so was the courtyard area.

Pool was a little small but it was fine.

The hotel is ideal for families. Staff is very good, especially those available at the breakfast time. Breakfast is good and dinning area is amazing.

The room wasn't clean properly. It had cooking smell. As there was not vent available. Blue carpets had mud visible in it.

Beautiful area, nice hotel, comfy beds and nice room

Guy who monitored breakfast wasn’t very nice and was rude to my son, who wasn’t doing anything wrong but just happened to be in the way for a split second. Was evacuated at 6:00 a.m due to a fire drill. No one let us know what was going on. No one have us directions. We literally wandered outside looking for any staff to show us where to go / what to do. And even then, my husband had to go ask a staff member if everything was okay. No one told us. Very frustrating. I get a fire alarm happening isn’t always expected, but you guys didn’t handle it well at all. Ruined our day for sure as we couldn’t get back to bed and all had headaches from being woken up so abruptly

Location of hotel is great since I like side streets to get around fashion valley and old town.

We checked in around 7pm and there were dishes left outside hallways. We had used back parking and took elevator to our room on first floor. Our room had a dirty dish by door at check in and still there in the morning.

Room was well appointed and comfortable

Bed was not that comfortable. Also, would have preferred housekeeping every day, rather than every other day.

It’s a beautiful property nicely kept and clean
