rented a room with a king bed none millio we’re available. Had to wait at least two hours if we wanted one and didn’t have that much time to wait that long so we had to take a queen size

The pool wasn’t clean

Location was perfect right off of I-75.

The water in the shower was lukewarm, the flat sheet was left off of one of the beds and the bedding was dingy.

How peaceful it was!

Cleanliness of the room/hotel. The location was great closeness to local restaurants and shopping centers. As well as close and easy access to local highways.

There was no hot water at best the water temperature reached medium warm. The knob in the shower fell as I tried to adjust the water temperature.

run down. could not adjust heat in our room. room was freezing and hallways were freezing. things were coming off the walls (towel hangers and baseboard moldings).

Staff was very nice, and rooms were clean.

The location was conveniently located. Parking was easy.

The gentleman who worked 7a - 3p was extremely unpleasant. He never spoke. He had his Bluetooth in his ear talking to someone on it while standing at the desk. Never greeted or acknowledged a soul that was within arms reach let alone made eye contact. I was just very shocked to see his position. I called to ask about getting an early check — he approved my request then hung up as I said “okay thank you”. At check in the young lady went to grab him from the kitchen where he was apparently cooking something (after breakfast hours) and he came out as if she was bothering him. So she proceeded to check us in. Which went well. She was nice. Hospitality is not what it use to be. Breakfast was slim pickings. The room was clean and nice. Provided the basics of what was needed for a quick trip.

I liked the location

Dirty bathroom , dirty elevator, hotel food and drink supply was almost non existent, parking area not secure

Breakfast was good with a nice selection.

Ice machine on our floor (4) did not work. 4 on elevator didn’t light, floor had stains that weren’t corrected during 3 day stay. Hallways looked tired and scuffed.

When I checked in my first room they provided had mold behind the toilet and the baseboard had fallen off. I reported it to the front desk staff and they gave me another room. That room at noisy neighbors and they partied the whole night. We went downstairs once and no one was at the front desk. I called the front desk, and no one answered. I went downstairs a second time and told the front desk person. The following day we noticed mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. I just checked out early. The whole experience was horrible and unsatisfactory.

Very good breakfast. Friendly staff. Good location.
