The heated pool was cold

Kids were putting their heads in the hot foods (lifting up the lid and literally out his head(hair) in the food. i was nauseous after i saw that. why couldn’t i watch regular tv?

when i asked for a receipt- in my husband name they acted like they couldn’t do it. He paid for the rooms and they couldn’t type up a receipt? Yes I reserved it, but the reservation was in his name for the sole purpose that he could get reimbursed for his expenses. The manager hs not even called back. I left messages

Good beds, good breakfast.

Poor cleaning, carpets and floor in general... elevator, halls, room, bathroom.

No towels for the full party. 5 people only 2 towels provided. Did not gave more on request, answer was all towels were in laundry!

The location was OK and the price through Booking.com was reasonable.

The lady at the front desk was not friendly at all when we checked in. She seemed like we were bothering her. Our room was not really clean. The rug in the bedroom is badly stained!

First floor nearby door. My husband has trouble walking, and it made the access to our car more doable.

They didn't give me a receipt. They told me I should get one from Booking.com. this never happened at any other hotel. I would like Booking.com to send me my receipt please.

Staff were kind and welcoming

No hot water, ants in room, laundry facility was small and dryer did not work, No air circulation in room led to nothing drying and that led to mildew smell, garbage was allowed to collect in halls. They had only 3 carts for luggage that they never could find . Furniture was old and some was very dirty. Indoor pool facilities were cold and dimly lit. Work out room had almost no equipment. Breakfast was ok but pre made waffles, pancakes were hard as rocks they ran out of a lot of things No places to shop or eat near the hotel

Location

Bed was uncomfortable.  Suite Not as clean as it should be. Hotel could use updating. 

Room space is good Breakfast is good, but it's preferable to put the label over the plate for what it has

The hotel is far from any services and restaurants, and there is no reserves for electricity, as happened on Thursday, 20:70, about us, electricity has been turned off over 12 hours

Breakfast was exactly same all days and all stuff was reheated frozen stuff.

The size of the room, the bed was very comfortable, the hotel was easy to find.

My only complaint is the room coffee was absolutely terrible. I made a cup, tasted it, and dumped it down the drain. This might not seem like much but it was to a coffee drinker like me

Room setup and location

Room cleaning once every 4 nights. Totally unacceptable. We don't have a vacuum cleaner in the suitcase

Comfortable clean rooms 30 min drive from airport and to centre of Boston You will need a car Excellent breakfast included - eggs, muffins, cereal, oatmeal, pancakes depending on day, juice and coffee I chose this because they have more space and was way cheaper than central Boston. And the parking was free. Fantastic place and highly recommend but needs a car.

Great place to stay. our king room had a bedroom/bathroom area and the rest of the room was shut off which we really liked. clean room, say some ants in the bathroom but otherwise everything was clean. breakfast was very minimal so we didn’t eat it. overall a great location and will stay again.
