Magnifique emplacement, la chambre avec vue sur le lac était parfaite. Le personnel était très accueillant. Nous avons particulèrement apprécié le Jacuzzi avec la vue sur le lac.
Le déjeuner était bon, mais pas exceptionnel pour le prix.

Superb location with wonderful view on the lake. Great room and warm and professional service. Excellent food. Exceeded expectations.

Wonderful weekend at Ripplecove. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The amenities for activities, including electric bikes, paddle boards and pédalo, were such a fun addition. While the service was a bit slow at the restaurant, the view, the food and the service were worth the wait. Loved our balcony and taking our coffee while the lake was quiet in the morning. We both enjoyed our massages at the spa, which was intimate and a lovely experience.
There was a little water issue in our room, but once raised, the reception assured us they would look into it. While the electric bikes were great, some were defective. We informed the front desk and hopefully they were fixed or removed.

We didn't know what to expect, but the entire stay exceeded our expectations. The food was phenomenal. The room was incredible. Loved the pool area.
It would have been nice to have the pool bar opened

Location was very beautiful and relaxing. The staff was great.
There was not much of a choice in places to eat in the area since it is pretty secluded. The restaurant was good but overpriced.

The room with the view. The building, the jaccuzzi, the quietness and the fireplace inside the room.
You hear nothing only the birds and well I love old buildings and this one kept the charm of old times.
The staff was awesome and Alexandre even told us about the place who was it for and so on.
The room was clean and of a perfect size
The renovation. Unfortunately the main building is under construction. And the first night we had like a roar noise in the bedroom. I was tired so I didn't notify the reception only the day after. But the staff was efficient and offered another room.
I would suggest bigger signs to indicate the facilites.
The restaurant is really expensive for what you have in the plate but after a working day it's good not to drive to find another place.

beautiful location. The restaurant / food is amazing! very nice to have access to electric bikes : there’s a scenic trail nearby.
no spa access for rooms in the main building. Considering the price and the name of the hotel, this would be expected.
the older rooms are very noisy : we could hear our neighbors…

Awesome location, beautiful view on the lake. The service was impeccable. The dinner was incredible, especially the key-lime dessert. 10/10 will definitely come back.

We felt the hotel was “cheap” as it did not include any gratuities such as chocolates, water bottles or even breakfast with the suite that we got. Some of the staff was very awkward too.
