The location was great! It was quiet there and allowed us to see more of the island. The staff were wonderful! Staff were kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Rooms were cleaned each day and fresh towels/ soap were provided. The wifi worked well.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Price was budget friendly

The room was a good size and was very comfortable and warm . The bed was extremely comfortable and we had everything we needed . The quietness was exceptional and overall , we couldn't be more pleased !!!!

The parking was a little distance from the building . Other parking areas were not plowed . Ordinarily that would not have been a problem . However, during the coldest days of the winter , the extra walk proved to be a little uncomfortable . Not much you can do about mother nature!!!

The staff were all incredibly friendly, never heard any interruptions when sleeping mid day, very quiet place and spacious room

Location

Bedding is terrible. You are supposed to be running a hotel/conference center, not a poor excuse for dormitory bedding. The fitted sheet kept slipping of the "waterproof mattress." If you have incontinent students, that is THEIR problem. A hotel/conference center has the ability to charge "customers" for destruction of property. WE are travelers, NOT students.
