good location and good price, fair bit of road noise and dated rooms. overall good place to stay on a budget that is clean.

It was quiet at night. Good location. Comfortable bed. It was great for our pet.

The contact time with the staff was very good. We were given a quiet room. That was appreciated.

The bath tub area must be repaired. Otherwise, all of the future customers will have the same experience as I had - watching the silverfish crawl out of the huge crack along the far side of the bathtub and then spend the rest of our bathroom visits watching them trying to crawl out of the bathtub. That was not a classy experience. Also, the mattress should be heaved into the back of a garbage truck and driven out to the dump at high speed! The same with the other mattress which some customer must have thrown over the fence and into the space between Room #33 and Room #34.

The beds were clean and comfy.

Some basic room amenities were lacking...for example there was no in-suite coffee maker or keurig machine. (Keurig available at office only) Our floor was "spongy" and not level in areas. Our wall lamp was scary as it turned on at a different level no matter if you even touched the hanging cord or the lampshade etc. We opted for no housekeeping to make or change our bedding for the 4 nights we stayed but when I mentioned our floor could use sweeping I was passed a broom by housekeeping and did it myself! (I was also offered a vacuum to use if I wanted it! Our garbage was never emptied during our stay.

Location were very noisy at night. Old building with pipes creeking and squealing the while night. Beds where old and worn out.

Friendly staff, nice basic hotel. Good location. Quiet. Clean.

Unfortunately our room did not have hot water so we could not take a shower.

The bed and bedroom smell cigarettes. A non-smoking policy is in place but the former client may have smoked inside the bedroom and it smelled really bad.

Room smelt very strongly of smoking, cigarette burns on bed throw, exposed electrical wiring, bathroom fan and ceiling light not working, cigarette burns on plastic sink, no hangers to hang your clothes, filthy on the inside of the entrance door spare pillow looks like the pillow case had not been laundered

staff was really nice. Outside was clean and well kept. The beds where comfortable. Sheets and bathroom clean.

room was worn out. Drywall scratched by dogs. A/C unit was covered with what appeared to be black mould. TV had grime all over it. Carpet was dirty. Ottoman was torn. And the smoke detector was missing.
