El desayuno bastante variado y el personal de esa área excelentes, muy amables.

Estuvimos 6 noches y no hicieron limpieza ni cambio de sábanas, solo hacían las camas y cambiaban las toallas. A pesar que el primer día se le dejó propina en la habitación para la persona encargada. Estuvimos alojados en el último piso. Deben mejorar este punto.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good . They give you two bottled waters and potato chips, free of charge as a welcoming gift. AC worked really well. I like my room to be cool and when setting the thermostat to 67 it was very cold inside the room which I appreciated. I was given two tickets to have two free drinks when the bar was open. They have a small café that provided food like pizza, chicken quesadillas, and sandwiches. That was surprisingly good too.

The cafeteria isn’t open all day. They’re open for a short period of time. Most internal establishments were closed due to hurricane. There is an $18 a day charge for parking. I drove from the West Coast (2 hours) all the way inland to Orlando to avoid the hurricane As I am in a flood zone. That was an extra expense that I did not expect. In addition, Although Internet is free, it is important to note that if you are working Remotely You must use VPN. The Free Internet service does not provide VPN. It’s only good for surfing and Streaming. In order to get a more secure Wi-Fi service Embassy suites Charges $9.95 per day (24 hours) so I had to purchase that as well for the days that I’ve stayed.

Lo mejor de todo, la relación calidad-precio, la ubicación y la constancia en la limpieza de la habitación.

El desayuno podría ser un poco más variado, pero como lo dije antes, por el precio que se paga, está muy bien. Por otra parte, el cobro del parqueadero me parece en principio atípico, teniendo en cuenta que en los hoteles de Estados Unidos, por regla general, no se paga por estacionamiento, sin embargo, debido a la buena ubicación del hotel, no tener algún control sobre el parqueadero, podría generar problemas para los huéspedes al momento de buscar donde estacionar.

Staff was rude, they lied telling us parking was included just realized a week later when I’m back in my state that they charged me for the parking. I called and asked and they said they couldn’t do anything even tho they lied

They lied, charged us extra for the parking lot. Front desk lady was rude and pool was close at 4pm so when we arrived we wasn’t able to use it even tho it says it close at 10 pm

The bathroom smelled moldy and had mold around the vent on the ceiling.

The staff we encountered were excellent. Friendly, great attitudes, welcoming, etc. The included breakfast is probably the best I’ve ever had. Location is also great.

The property is very tired, which is only real gripe I have.

Location and the Happy hour time

When the Cancellation period expires, they send a message indicating “you should pay 18$ per day for parking”. This is not ethical since they can send this message just after reservation. Also there is no shuttle or service to Disney or Universal Studios. Breakfast was not good.

The mattress needs to get change, it was sinking in the middle. Everything else in the room was perfect.

Mattresses were worn out and bedding beyond expiry date. Mattress on bunk bed was not suitable and could not be used. Urgent renovation needed to match photos on bookings.com - parking was not included and wifi limited old 1970 decor in urgent need of renovation.

Wish they had a hot tub. Don’t like the pool area, can be a little nicer.

The rooms are nasty and need to be upgraded. Then they have hidden fees. They made us pay 100 deposit that I didn’t see anywhere when booking. Never will stay here again. Rooms had mold and smelled super old.

The breakfast was excellent, first of all it was fresh. sherrie was friendly made my egg omelette just the way I wanted it forgive me if i mispronouce her name. All the staff was helpful the room I stayed in had a wonderful view june was my birthday month so my sister celebrate it with me.

There was one small issue but it was taken care off at the front desk josh was very helpful and to other staff also I enjoy my stay I would definitely come back.

The staff are helpful and friendly, the 2 happy hour drinks and snacks are great but if you get chance to have two because it takes so long to get served. Breakfast was lovely too . Great location!!

Breakfast choices was a pleasant surprise, something for everyone, I think that was the best part of our stay !

My two smh moment was pulling out the couch-bed to find a layer of peanuts scattered on top and felt a little bit ignored when checking out the person was on the phone, obviously busy, but never once looked up and motion I'll be right with you or even a gesture/ smile. Only one person was working at that time
