The room was clean and large and comfortable. The Trinity restaurant buffet lunch is so worth the price. Delicious food and friendly attentive service staff. I gave extra tips too.

Parking was easy and reasonably priced! The room and bed were comfortable. The--big!--downside was that a necklace was stolen from the room. It wasn't particularly valuable, but it looked like it could have been. I should have put it in the safe, but this has never happened before and I travel in all parts of the world frequently. I'm sad to lose it because it was one of my favorites.

I really liked the location as it was convenient to all of the locations I had to visit for work. The room I had was nice and spacious and housekeeping was daily and fantastic. It was nice that the elevator went directly to the garage, but I didn't figure this out until a few days into my stay (so perhaps the front desk could mention this at check-in!). I also had a great view of the mountains from my window, so that was an unexpected delight!

The parking fee seemed excessive, especially since the garage didn't appear to be full and people came and went, so perhaps I was there during the off-season. I also thought the shower fixtures and tub seemed out of date.

My first experience at the front desk was amazing. Very very impressed with their staff service at all departments.
