The rooms were clean, the staff was very accommodating and to my pleasant surprise, each room had a heated bidet. Although not advertised, they do have a small continental breakfast (toast, coffee, cereal, and porridge )

Kinda wish they had coffee machines in the room, one was offered but they had coffee and toast in the morning in the lobby so I just left it, they only have queen beds so if your situation requires a king get 2 queens.

We stayed there a couple times with no incidents. Unfortunately the last time crooks broke into our car and stole everything we had in there. My grandson’s luggage with all his clothes included. ( I only brought in what I needed in a backpack) .The hotel itself is good no problem there. The area not so much.

Staff was friendly, very modern in rooms Only thing I could complain about is tv, they need a channel listing for what you can watch. Hard to find things to watch. Other than that is was great

The front desk has amazing service, I love when people are kind and actually enjoy being in their job, I’ve stayed at a few hotels where the customer service really did ruin the the experience but here they were helpful, and overall great!

the pool was in an inconvenient spot made parking awkward, the room had a really bad smell that transferred to my clothes. we went and bought frebreeze which didn’t help. it was really hard to regulate the room temp.

easy to get to. good location.

bathroom sink drain broken. faucet broken. bathroom vent was hanging from the ceiling. bad door gaps, so lots of sounds from the road came in. (very loud) one wall outlet was making a buzzing sound when plugging a phone charger in.
