Happy, friendly staff. Very clean and tidy building and rooms. For a small parking lot it was still functional for a full size crew cab Long box pick up truck. Quite, clean and overall comfortable stay.

A microwave in the room would be an improvement, you have to go to a different floor to use a microwave? An explanation that the A/C unit power receptical is controlled by one of 3 light switches would be handy.

The room was very clean and updated. Newly renovated bathroom. Friendly staff and good value for money. Beautiful town.

Hallway carpet needs replacing.

Great value for what you get. Exceptional when compared to some other hotels in Quesnel.

The decor could be updated but that is a very low priority. The body towels could be bigger.

The breakfast was not included in the price but if you stay at the hotel, you get a discount. A huge step up from the continental breakfast buffets at other places. The workout room is spacious and has a ton of equipment. I love that this is locally owned and operated. Staff was great.

Didn't have a chance to stay for breakfast but heard it was good.

Convenient, right in facility

Wanted to change from 1 bed to 2 and despite there being two beds available, clerk said as it was done on line, no changes allowed.

Bed & bathroom facilities initially were good but not adequately serviced. Parking was good.

Coffee brand & coffee machine were awful. Daily housekeeping services were requested on check in but did not happen. Towels, shampoo, coffee supplies and bed make up had to be chased up. Seemed like staff shortages in and/or cost cutting measures in place. Breakfast choices are expensive so we did not use restaurant.

Unfortunately, we were given a lower room with window directly in the back parking lot. this is becoming too common with our booking.com experience 😙
