They fixed the problem and moved us to a new room , however had to split our family up

Room was not cleaned with used towels etc .. smelled

The sink in our room was fully blocked, the phone did not function and the shower had pink mold in it. Contacted front desk twice but told us that no maintenance was available until next day, also she told us she could give us a new room King size but we were 4 adults. The price was high.

It was a very clean comfortable room.

The breakfast room was very small and hard to move around with so many people in it. I realize its only a breakfast room but most people check out around the same time so a bit bigger room would be nicer. Also the rooms themselves could use a mat right by the door leading to the outside. We came in when a rain storm was going on and the floor by the door got soaked.

Breakfast was a typical continental . Something to eat but never like a normal served breakfast. We had a served breakfast in the Pembroke Ontario Best Western last year which was great.

When I got a glass of wine from the bar to take to my room the glass had sugar coated on it around the top rim. It was disgusting.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, location great, Check in and out processes very smooth.

The excessive use of disposable dishes and cutlery at breakfast was very disappointing, so much preventable waste! A greater selection of fresh fruit at breakfast would also have been appreciated. The water slide was really fun, but something must not be afixed correctly in the slide, as both my kids swimsuits were ripped in the bottom area after going down a few times.

We choose the Edmundston Best West because we had stayed there one week ago on our way to Nova Scotia from Ontario. It is the half way mark, very easy to get to off of the Trans-Canada Highway, close to gas stations, places to see and eat. The room was very clean, quiet and the bed comfortable. It offered a very good breakfast menu with lots of food variety.

beautiful updated rooms

the property is gorgeous, modern and very clean!

at the time of our stay, there was a Fashion Show being held in the lounge and lobby. it was very loud and we were told not to “loiter”. it was to end at 9 pm, but after 10:00 the music was still thumping and our room was only 5 doors away from it! I felt like I was sleeping in a bar! I had driven over 1100 Kms and had experienced the passing of my father and his funeral and was extremely exhausted. Paying well over $200- this is not what I had in mind for comfort and rehabilitation. furthermore, I have mobility issues and there was no wheelchair access, in fact- the parking lot was so blocked, I had to park in the furthest most corner of the back parking lot. I expressed all my concerns to the front desk staff who were understanding and sought to bring resolution to that issue, although not successful. However, we had to leave the hotel a couple times and the walking was way too much for me. the misoc did stop after we called at 10:15 pm. I would stay at this hotel again given how beautiful and modern and clean it was. but they need to reconsider their guests when hosting such events I. such a Public place, so close to the rooms where weary travellers are sleeping.

they changed our accommodation to a room we didn’t want as it was not to our liking or approval. we were no notified of the change and therefore had to cancel our reservation. We Do Not expect to be charged for this reservation

From the moment I walked in the door to the lovely breakfast before I left, everything was clean, well maintained, and the staff were phenomenal. The hotel was very comfortable and was very easy to access off the highway. I'll be back!

Newly renovated and the rooms were well laid out. The unique lighting panels in the rooms were perfect! The pocket door in the entrance area of our pet friendly room was an added bonus as it kept our dog from running out the main door into the hallway. Excellent breakfast with friendly staff throughout the hotel. We have stayed here several times during the last few years and will continue to make this our stopover! Thanks again!

The swimming pool was closed during my stay ans that was the only reason I booked this hotel. After I complained they gave me a ticket for a pool near the hotel and it was also closed. Terrible experience!

Excellent property and staff with very comfy beds.

The pool was closed and that’s the only reason I picked this hotel and payed more for the pool I couldn’t use.

no hot water Saturday morning and no notification that the pool or hot tub were inoperable until after checkin and paid

Tv had pixel lines in screen, did not matter much as i was only there to rest while traveling, but appart from that was great

The entire decor was fantastic. Very clean and impressive like brand new. There were many people checking in when we arrived and the gentleman at the front desk was efficient yet pleasant helpful and very friendly.

Perhaps there could be more staff at check in when large crowds are checking in but to be honest we did not mind the shirt delay given the fantastic attitude and helpful nature of the gentleman at check in. He deserves much praise for his professionalism
