Location !!
Could been cleaner old beds needs to be updated!!!! Dirty sheets had to go to desk at 10:00 pm to get clean ones !! Ice bucket no top!!!

Pool was closed for maintenance when we arrived.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.
Cable TV is to be desired. Too much time spent maneuvering through channels because menu function inoperable.

First night we had a barking dog, but we complained to the front desk, and the issue was resolved. The small tv was terrible for the distance of the bed and tv and the couch. TV was out dated, so we were unable to connect to our Fubo TV channels like we are with other hotels. The bed was very uncomfortable and I woke up with a back ache every morning. Soap in the bathroom was empty. Thats something that should be checked when the cleaning is done. we also saw a few ants on the coffee table near the sofa.

clean, good breakfast choices, very comfortable beds, pool and especially having a hot tub… and pool/hot tub area immaculately clean and water was crystal clear indicating proper chemical balance, and water was a really nice temperature
pulling up to see fire engines with lights flashing…we weren’t sure if we would actually be able to check in or would need to scramble to make other arrangements!

Staff was great. Accommodated my request for 1 st floor with no problems. Every employee I encountered spoke if nothing more than a Hi! and a smile.

the shower and sink did not drain properly and as i showered I was standing in soapy water.
Also, the inside door handle of the bathroom was broken.
The phone was dirty and sticky.
