L'appartement est propre, bien équipé et confortable, le petit-déjeuner très bon et à volonté et le personnel très aimable et serviable. Très bonne literie pour le lit king-size. L'hôtel se situe à 3 min à pied d'un arrêt de bus qui permet de rejoindre Port Authority Terminal en 35 min environ. Très jolie vue sur Manhattan durant tout le trajet en bus.

Le canapé-convertible n'est pas adapté pour 2 personnes et le matelas est très inconfortable.

Mi experiencia con el alojamiento fue excelente, el personal un 10, siempre dispuesto ayudarte. Tuvimos un problema con booking cuando llegamos. Porque no estaba reservada la habitación, un los chicos hicieron lo posible para poder acomodarnos y solucionarlo.

Przestronne pokoje, duże i bardzo wygodne łóżka, piękny widok na Manhattan, kawa i herbata w lobby dostępne przez całą dobę, śniadania, zawsze uśmiechnięte osoby na recepcji, bardzo blisko do centrum handlowego i przystanku autobusowego.

Drobiazgi - w zasadzie uważam za mało istotne. Trochę mało pomocna obsługa przy śniadaniu za wyjątkiem jednego Pana, pokój nie był odkurzony chyba ani razu podczas naszego pobytu.

The only downside was that the Sauna was not operational during our week long stay. We brought this to the front desk’s attention but it was obviously deemed unimportant as the problem was not rectified. We had intended to make daily use of this facility after long busy days in New York City and was one of the primary reasons we chose this otherwise excellent hotel.

Wspaniały przyjazny personel, duże pokoje a w nich wszystko czego potrzeba a nawet w pełni wyposażona kuchnia, siłownia, dobre i z całkiem dużym wyborem śniadania. Dookoła restauracje i niedaleko galeria i spożywcza i wszelkie inne sklepy, Sprzątanie codzienne. Mini sklepik w recepcji. Pani za darmo podała środek przeciwbólowy jak był potrzebny. Bezpłatny sejf. Kawa i herbata w lobby cały dzień pomimo że w pokoju są zestawy do parzenia.

Trochę dziwne chodził szum klimatyzacji zza okna, bo jak to bywa w USA pokoje mają klimatyzację indywidualną.

The bathroom is clean and the complimentary liquid soaps are nice. They smell good. It’s actually the first time I tried hotel shampoo. I never use them coz they often doesn’t smell nice. :)) the room is clean as well. I also love that there is a bus stop near the hotel which made it easier for us to travel to and fro nyc. The breakfast is nice as well. Not very many choices but just enough.

I did not like how the staff spoke to me when I arrived. Apparently I had an issue with the credit card that I used. It was declining. Some technical issue coz I was using a non-US card. But the guy on the front desk was talking to me as if he was in a hurry to charge my whole stay in the hotel even if I have just arrived. It was like I was going to escape and not pay for my stay. It was quite appalling given that I haven’t even entered the hotel room yet and we were from a long flight. It’s the first time I experienced such treatment from a hotel staff. It was very unpleasant specially when there were other hotel guest hearing what he was saying. It was quite humiliating and the manner of his approach was not very warm and welcoming. Sad story. But, oh well. Not every experience will be pleasant every time. I just hope he would learn how to treat guests with respect and warmth regardless of what they look like or where they came from. Nonetheless, the other hotel staff were nice specially the ladies on the desk when we checked out. Thanks!

L'emplacement au calme mais proche de commerces. Très belle vue sur la skyline et possibilités de balade au bord de l'Hudson river. La proximité du bus 158 qui nous emmène facilement à Port authority ( entre 20 et 40 minutes selon la circulation, trajet agréable car vue skyline). Le cadre simple mais propre et douillet, le petit déjeuner copieux et varié ainsi que l'ambiance feutrée ont vraiment été un plus pour attaquer nos journées. Nous étions aussi très contents de regagner l'hôtel après nos visites et nous ressourcer pour le jour suivant. Je précise que nous étions avec 3 enfants de 11,15 et 17 ans du 16 au 26 avril. Nous n'avons jamais eu envie de ressortir le soir. Si cela avait été le cas l'hôtel n'est alors peut-être pas idéalement situé.

Parfois la douche était un peu froide et il fallait laisser couler l'eau. Avant notre arrivée j'ai envoyé un mail au sujet d'un éventuel check-in tardif si retard de l'avion. Je n'ai jamais eu de réponse.
