Toilet overflowed. Staff attended quickly but maid never came to wash floor or make beds. Tried to call but no answer. Had to go down and talk to front desk. When leaving at 4 in morning we were told we had to take our luggage to corner. There were 10 people in our party. Do you realize how much luggage we had to drag to corner just because you had cars parked in pick up. I was not a happy camper standing on a corner with 10 people at 4 in the morning.

Close to beach. Music on 10th floor from 4-7 was awesome. Staff were wonderful.

Everything about the hotel is outdated. The room was always musty smelling. For the amount of money charged nightly, there were not many “perks”. $3 water bottle for non Hilton members (kind of silly). In addition, trash in our room was always piling because they only clean the room every 4 days. I do like the fresh towels daily. Also… the 24/7 MAC resto food is ok; need more kid friendly food choices for kids under 3. I tried the fish and chips before I left- I’m disappointed.. large serving but the fish is dry, batter is bitter and the cole slaw is super sour.. Lastly.. my spouse is a gold member with Hilton but they did not honor the booking because we didn’t go theough the Hilton website directly; not much explanation as to what the big difference was.

La limpieza es pésima, estuvimos 4 noches y solo hicieron la limpieza de la habitación en dos ocasiones. Nunca vi una camarera para pedir que sacara la basura y en el Lobby la gente durmiendo en los sillones con toda sus bolsas en el suelo y muy desordenado, da muy mala impresión, yo soy Hilton Honor y realmente me decepcionó la mala imagen del hotel

No se respetó el costo con el cual se hizo la reservación y me cobraron 80 dólares más y no se mencionaba que el estacionamiento tiene un costo extra, y al solicitar el coche después del check out perdimos 25 min porque nos hicieron pasar a recepción para nada

We were charged an amenities fee when we arrived for things we didn’t want or use. This charge was not made clear when we booked. Cleanliness was not good. When I moved the bed side table to plug in something there was a lot of dust and dirt there. Corridors also needed vacuuming. The breakfast we paid for was disappointing. Instead of the usual buffet breakfast we got one plate and one drink. The plates were so large we sent most of it back. The hotel was very tired and needs updating.

confusing name, but still a very nice hotel regardless. people get it mixed up with Hilton Hawaiian Village, which is a real resort. is the resort fee worth it? not really.

The room was always well cleaned. The communal areas never seemed to be cleaned, the hallway on floor 33 had the same dirt piles for the ten days we were there.

Booking.com failed to inform the hotel that we had paid for breakfast, this took an email to booking.com and 24 hours to resolve. The breakfast was not worth the money, the food was poor. The reception staff were the grumpiest ladies that I have ever met.

Very friendly staff...perfectly located in Waikiki! The pool deck with the bonus of mini golf was great other than the jacuzzi was not warm as it should be. Loved MAC 24/7...if only it was actually open 24/7! Nina was lovely. This hotel is a bit outdated but we enjoyed staying here!

Hotel is a bit outdated... Jacuzzi was colder than it should be... Not the hotel's issue but the smell of urine outside from the vast homeless population

The staff and the beds were awesome

I was a little concerned when they told us that house keeping would only come in on the fourth day but they were in the room every day. We don’t mind them being in room but when they tell you they won’t be in there and then they surprise you by being in there.

The pool was very small and not a large area for guest.

Nice room, good view, good location. They provided surfboards and boogie boards which was a real bonus.

Some of the staff were wonderful but some were pretty cranky and unhelpful at times. The starbucks shop needs to stay open all day - it was great.

The food was delicious and location was perfect.

What would have made the hotel perfect would have been a microwave. We had to throw a lot of food away because there was no way to heat it up.
