I couldn't wait to leave! Ants in my room, prompted me to check out and register else where, and less expensive. No breakfast, no restaurant, having to leave the premises at an extra expense and inconvenience to me. Fitness room was closed. Your pool looked uninviting.

How clean the hotel was even though it was going through renovations. Staff were very friendly and were willing to help in any way they can. Room was a nice size and very clean

Because of the renovations there were things that were not available like breakfast or a bar area but we were able to make do. We did notice that the pool was not as clean as far as leafs and trash in the water and seemed a bit over corified

No breakfast available at this time as they are still renovating. Inside,except for a few areas, the hotel looks brand new. Bed was very comfortable, room was clean. Staff are attentive and helpful. Outdoor pool was open. Indoor pool and fitness room still being renovated. Laundry room (for hotel guests) looked like it was ready. Lobby is modern and spacious with multiple sitting areas - very inviting. Ample parking.

No internet access for room tv or pay per view. Only Hilton provided cable channels available which was limited, No facial tissue in bathroom,

The deception !!!!!! The place had know pool, no free breakfast , and was in complete disrepair Wouldn’t want a child there for safety reasons

To be honest, the booking site said nothing about construction. There was no bed bug barrier on the bed which caused me to concern. We had to go to front lobby for anything we needed. They did however clean the room before we got back from our wedding. Loved the area. For the price I was very unsatisfied.

TV screen quality poor. Half decorated no art on the walls. Shower was horrible, I had to get a cup to rinse. The front door was broken, ice machine broke. Tv

really expensive for what you get - they even charge for parking!!

Location was excellent

My wife being charged $50 on her cell bill by Booking for an error on their end with a virtual credit card. I am requesting a refund of $50 because it was not our fault

Everything was great

This was a great location for us, only a few minutes drive to get to either the marina or downtown. The staff are very friendly. Lots of space to park boat/trailer and dog friendly.

the location is fairly convenient, and the front desk staff were amazing!! true room was clea.

the bed was uncomfortable and loudly creaked and squeaked with every move, so that didn’t allow a good nights sleep. also, you had to pay for parking and breakfast which isn’t a big deal at all, just odd. the indoor pool was also closed which was a bummer

They now charge a Parking Fee to park at this Hotel, which I consider to be wrong as their prices are rather steep to begin with !!!

the location was great, didn't really have any issues other than what's below. The staff were also very nice.

Not a very comfy environment if that makes sense. The room smells like cleaner which is kind of a constant reminder that countless people have slept in the same bed you're sleeping in. The water pressure is weird and fluctuates constantly in the shower which honestly isn't that big of a deal.
