parking was across the street. They had room darkening curtains. Hotel staff brought us a box fan.

Staff called me at 10 pm to see if I needed anything before checking out the next day. Woke us all, as our flight was leaving at 6 am. No air circulation in the room, fan on air conditioner does not work. Very light lighting in the room. No coffee pods in room other than the used one still in the coffee maker.

in room 1265, bathroom had a sticky substance on the floor in several spots under the sink, the door had a big ugly chip on the bottom; it needs painting. The bathroom had dirt and hair in the corners, shower floor needs scrubbing, it looks dingy and dirty and lastly the shower glass doors had noticeable water spots all over it. There was a tissue in the lobby by the elevator upon leaving for dinner, when I came back 2.5 hours later and it was still there.

The pool and fitness room were amazing!

Way too much money for such a small room that was suppose to be a deluxe. The first room my three kids and I and all our stuff were booked into had people in it, so after bringing all our stuff back to lobby from the 15th floor we were given another room with a busted window instead, on the 10th floor. There was no bathtub, no fridge, no microwave. I never give bad reviews, ever, but I'd hate for anyone else to spend over $300 on a one night stay here. Breakfast was super expensive too. They offered the same stuff that comes with a free continental breakfast. Oh and don't even get me started on the parking situation...

Very convenient and it was perfect walking distance to a great Restaurant. The stuff was very friendly and very helpful . I will recommend Hilton to friends and other Family members anytime. I am looking forward in staying at the Hilton in the future. Thank you!

Clean and spacious rooms. The staff were so kind. We thought the wait staff we had at dinner was very poor but it was just the female working out table everyone else was great. We would definitely stay with Hilton again when staying in Anchorage.
