It was clean & quiet

The breakfast wasn’t included as promised

It was big and spacious

There was a sticky spot on the carpet but we were only there for one night so it was easy to avoid that spot

Wir haben uns 2 Zimmer angesehen, da das erste extrem unangenehm gerochen hat. Das zweite war noch schlimmer. Offensichtlich kam der Geruch aus den Klimaanlagen. Was auch immer dort los war. Wir haben dann direkt wieder ausgecheckt und mussten uns dann abends noch ein neues Hotel suchen. Immerhin war die Mitarbeiterin freundlich und wir mussten die 1. Nacht nicht bezahlen. Wir wollten eigentlich 6 Nächte bleiben. Vielleicht funktioniert dieses Hotel für eine Nacht, sicher nicht für mehrere.

Service at bar was excellent

The rooms were OK and the bed was nice. El Segundo is a family friendly place.

Where to even start… to sum this stay up: a mess. I don’t think that I have ever experienced staff this rude or nonchalant. The staff being completely ignorant and very unfriendly. Yawning over and over again when ”helping” us. You felt unwelcome through the entire stay. There were also an ant farm in the room. Which does happen to hotels, so thats fine. However, when we informed the staff at the front desk about the ants they ignored that completely. When we arrived back to the room some 10 hours later, the ants were still there and had even crawled into the beds. Once again we go back to the front desk, confronting them why nothing has been done. AGAIN they look completely ignorant and lookee at me like i was a bug or something of that kind. The replay i got was ”ok”, no ”sorry” or anything. They then called the maintanance guy. Who was very helpful, he went to our room and helped us phone the front desk saying that we need another room. Which we got ”shockingly”. TV barely worked. Pool area was decent, but never opened at 9 when it should. You had to inform the staff 2-3 times before the pool opened. 1 out of 3 elevators worked. Overall a very sad and unfriendly experience. I wouldn’t recomend this hotel to my worse enemy.

Property cancelled my res at short notice and have taken around £50 from my account for the privilage!! Holiday and superbowl weekend completely ruined!! Not happy and I happen to be a Hilton honors member 😡 I look forward to your response or should I say excuses.
