It’s one of my fav places to stay. I am often out for work and book this place if it’s available. It’s clean, quiet and comfortable!

The stay was overall okay, beds, rooms, comfort level was okay for a night. Breakfast included was appreciated. Communication with guest services was good, we had a last minute request to switch rooms for maintenance, it was handled very professionally and considerate -- ultimately asked that our room would not be switched to a single bed room because the preference was firm and this was completely respected.

The overall vibe of the hotel guests was discomforting, the parking and front entrance was a little run down. There were scuffs on the furniture in our room and it seemed like it had not been respected by all guests who had stayed in it before.

Staff went above and beyond for us.

Convenient location with a huge park for dogs. Super friendly staff with great breakfast. Close to a mall with stores and restaurants down Portage Avenue.

Breakfast was excellent, Staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful, rooms were very nice and comfortable, good value for the location and will definitely stay there again

It was easy to find

The beds were so uncomfortable you could feel the springs. We were told by front desk staff that Wyndham sends the mattresses and they can't do anything about it. The rooms are very small and you can hear dogs barking in other rooms and kids screaming. The breakfast was awful as well. We kept saying that we can't believe the price for the rooms, because it's wayyyyyy overpriced for what you have.
