The front desk worker Amanda was fantastic. We got locked out of our main floor room and the key wasn't working she was amazing at helping us get back in.

The hotel needs a bit of work. we had peeling wallpaper cracked tile in the bathroom grout missing in the shower and and the floor. Stains on the carpet. The main floor outside access didn't work. Property is a bit run down.but clean.

Breakfast was good. Beds comfy

They drained the hot tub on our first big morning, started filling it at 10 a.m. put chemicals in around 11 but wasn't ready till after supper. One of the main things we look for is a hot tub and the majority of our one big day she couldn't get it right and honestly she didn't seem to care. Paid full price for rooms and had no maid service for second day. Was told to put the garbage and towels in the hall. The place (hallway) looked like a dumpster with everyone's garbage in the hall. ! Also, hallway was smelly. Maybe cause its where the garbage get stored! I was so upset after booking this mini holiday with my grandkids I honestly think BW owes me a free night. I don't travel regularly but this experience has to be one of my worst.

Well kept, comfortable hotel to stay in just off the 401. The breakfast selection was great and a nice touch. The room was clean. Overall, great stay and would stay here again.

The pool area is run down, but was clean and warm. The breakfast was fantastic, as was the all day coffee/tea bar.

The inside is well renovated, but the building itself is old and run down. *One of the windows in our room, on the 6th floor, would open to the outside air with no screen.. it was very drafty as well. *It rained one night, and the next morning there were puddles of water on the window sill. Just wondering how much hidden mold is built up, from years of water leakage... *Bathroom tub was cleanish, but run down... bathroom sink was rusty.

As I reached out earlier via social media and included pictures from the Rooms I was in… mold on the ceiling, ripped furniture, black ring in toilet, green shower heads, rusted tub faucet, huge red stains on carpet, disgusting tv remote that hasn’t been cleaned in ages… I’d be more than happy to forward these pictures to you again This was booked months in advance as part of an out of town wedding. After switching rooms I wish I had time to go to another hotel but I didn’t and had to use what was available to prep for the wedding.

Bed was very comfortable! Breakfast was great! Hotel was very clean.

Street traffic noise was bit loud!

Elevator needs attention. Does not stop where it's supposed to stop.

The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Liked having a free breakfast. The room was fine for what we paid for.

The shower needs to adjust to pointing straight down to an angle. The hot and cold markings are reversed when the water actually comes on. The sheets were more stiff than soft. The women’s bathroom in the pool room did not lock even the extra deadbolt didn’t line up. Elevators were not smooth and very delayed in opening at the level destination.
