I loved that it was right next door to the DCU Center. We also enjoyed the Pizzaria Uno that was attached. Parking was convenient, but be aware there it's an extra $12.00. The room was comfortable. The elevators were very fast. The hotel was sold out but there was plenty of staff and everyone was pleasant.
The hotel is pricey, but the location and closeness to everything makes it worthwhile. The hot tub was dirty. It needs a good cleaning.

The staff was very attentive and nice. The waitress for breakfast was so nice and accommodating with our kids.
The hotel maintenance and cleaning staff were all very kind.
The pool tile is a hazard to anyone going in there. The tiles are so slippery my child fell 3 times. The feather pillows were disgusting, brown and stained with drool marks. The beds at other hiltons are of a better quality. The beds need replacing for the amount of money they charge, the quality is unacceptable.

The check in process was quick. The room was clean. The staff recommended a great restaurant right across the street. The Mexican food was amazing. The beds were ok and the ac worked well to keep the room cool. Didn't hear alot of noise outside the window while sleeping
We didn't do breakfast due to the fee being more than we wanted to spend.

The property was nice and clean and I like that it had a restaurant attached right next to the lobby

The location was fantastic. The staff was very pleasant.
Upon arrival everything appeared to be great!! The bed was comfortable. We didn’t get in until late, changed and immediately went to bed with the tv being the only light. Waking in the morning I was shocked to find soiled bed sheets. as I took a shower the shampoo was empty …not even a pump left… as I took a closer look the room was neat but not clean. There were dirt stains all over the chair in the corner the wall and radiator appeared to have a red stain the bathroom ceiling was dirty along with hair on the ceiling .

Had this accommodation for family coming over - it was easy to locate and a good place for a one-night stay.
Too many people roaming around - they had a group of school children at the same time who were loud and all over the place, especially at breakfast.

The rooms are great and the proximity to the concert venue was ideal. We’ve stayed there twice and will book again in the future.
Uno Pizzaria…. I checked their hours on Google prior to placing an online order. Their website said open until 11, Submitted my order at 9:46 so it would be ready when my daughter got back to the hotel from the concert. I got an email confirmation and my contact info was provided. I went down at 10:05 only to find out they were closing at 10 but the kitchen closed at 9:30. No one bothered to reach out to let me know. Luckily I found about place open late and they were quick to deliver.

The staff were great and went above and beyond to provide the best service they could.
Not a great representation of the Garden Inn brand. Property did not meet expectations, especially location (on noisy street with no on-site parking, though paid parking was across the street), cleanliness (mild unpleasant smell in foyer and corridors), décor (colors, needs updating), comfort (bed, pillows), and amenities. Breakfast ingredients not fresh but chef did the best he could.

Nothing besides the pool and the staff was nice
Everything the stay was not good the tv didn’t work when I wanted to check out the system failed and my 100$ deposit I didn’t get the whole thing back only 76$

It was very close the the venue we were attending.
Used soap with someone’s body hair all over it. Pillows with drool stains. Bath tub floor was dangerously slippery.

The staff are wonderfully helpful, the rooms are very well-sized with great bathrooms and ample entertainment. Reliable, safe and very comfortable.
