I made a reservation for a hotel room with air conditioning through booking.com three months ago, ensuring that we would have a comfortable and pleasant stay. However, upon arrival, we were given a room with an out-of-order air conditioner, which significantly affected our experience. To exacerbate the issue, both booking.com and the hotel reception failed to provide any satisfactory resolution to our problem. We approached the hotel reception immediately upon discovering the malfunctioning air conditioning, hoping for a solution. Given the circumstances, I believe it is only fair and reasonable to request a full refund of the amount I paid for the reservation through Booking.com. The services I received fell far short of the expected standards, and I firmly believe that I am entitled to compensation for the inconvenience, discomfort, and dissatisfaction caused by this unfortunate experience.

I like the room decoration

I didn't like the view and the vibe of the hotel.

Close to sports complexe.

Pillows a bit too hard and a bit noisy in the room that we were staying in, cracking sounds and the fridge was a bit noisy.

The location is excellent being right on the front at Rimouski. Check-in was fast and efficient. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was bright and clean, with a shower that worked well with plenty of hot water.

The room was large but sparse making it a bit inhospitable. There was a large expanse of empty floor where even just a carpet would have made the room feel warmer. The service at the Pacini was agonizing slow, both in the evening and in the morning. There is clearly a management problem.
