Hilton could've been more understanding about trying to change dates, to following weekend. instead charged my card more than original price.

Room was clean

They could not find our booking that was done through your site.. staff was very rude and took 30 minutes for her to consider figuring out what was going on.. when she finally did her job it only took a minute.. so she was rude denied us our room and was back and fourth for 30 minutes before she decided to look into it

Good location

I booked a king size bed room with a mountain view. When I got up to my room, there was no mountain view. Also, there was no king bed had a full size beds. When I spoke to the front desk told me that they switched the rooms around they overbooked felt that that was not OK. Should have been notified because I feel like I should have got what I paid for only thing they could do is don’t change me for parking ,was not able to get any money back spent almost $400 for this room was very disappointing for it to be the Hilton. I expect more! 12 dollars a day for parking $18 a person for breakfast just don’t make sense to me.

Comfortable beds

Floor was cleaned during our stay, said it would dry in 3-4 hours. Floor was still soaked after 10 hours, house keeping busted in our rooms while we were sleep scared us half to death. Just terrible

The location was nice

The elevators weren't working had to wait long periods of time. The pool wasn't working the while time we were there. They don't accept cash at all.
