We were very close to the Pentagon and the other surrounding attractions such as the African American Museum, Arlington Cemetery, All the Monuments
We didn’t have a working shower on the 1st night. I begged for 3.1/2 hours for an extra towel and wash cloth. I had 3 children with me besides myself and I was only given 3 towels & 3 washcloths. The next morning I reported everything to Mrs.Denise whom seemed very concerned, & I asked again for the same towels /washcloths. So again when we returned from our day’s outing we were hot sweaty and just wanted to shower and call it a night. Nothing was there🤦🏽♀️. I called down to the desk again and spoke with a gentleman who said he would hv someone bring us the above items. We’ll by midnight no one had shown up and I just went to my other 2 family rooms who had extra to let us use them cause I certainly didn’t want to wait till 3:30 am again. However, NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP WITH THE TOWELS/ WASH CLOTHS , but maintenance did fix the shower. Upon checking out I was only comped one night of parking. We had a very big disconcernment with whomever was responsible for house keeping and honoring my request for towels/ wash cloths. I felt like it wasn’t important, but yet paid full service for the 2 night stay.
This was HORRIBLE AND YES I WILL LET OTHERS KNOW OF MY EXPERIENCE AT THAT PARTICULAR DOUBLE TREE HOTEL. Denee Mohammed

Area, clean and convenient.
I booked a king size bed weeks before. Upon arrival I was given a double bed room. It wasn’t enough space to sleep two comfortably in one bed.

There were a lot of good features and beds were comfortable.
There is no open parking lot for oversized vehicles. I had an issue at first to be able to park in, then security helped me figuring out best spot to park.

Keep charging my card a couple days before the stay and then already charged card at the beginning of the of my stay

Good facilities, friendly staff, easy access.
I made enquiries re Shuttles fro Dulles airport and was advised these were not available but I did not get information that the Shutte was available from Regan although it is advertised in your web-I though one step more like, 'not available but a shuttle from Hilton Hotels regularly calls at arrivals at a special shuttle stop point' would have been handy.
I have stayed at other Hilton Double Tree sites, US and Australia, and found the chain always value and the cookie is always apprectable.

A good location for getting around to the sights of Washington, everything you need is close by including the metro.
Shuttle service from the airport was quick and on time. I would stay here again!

The location was perfect. Close to malls, shopping areas, and restaurants. Scenery from the hotel of DC was beautiful.
Our room did not have a microwave. It was an older hotel and I thought the rooms rate were a bit pricey compared to others. It’s an OK hotel but I will be finding another hotel upon our return due to the room size/no microwave inside of room.

The hotel was fine. Room and lobby was great. Breakfast service was excellent.
The Skydome restaurant staff were rude. They refused to give us a table, put us on waitlist and never called back. They gave preference to outside reservations, not hotel guests. Bad business policies.

They only thing good about the property is the location.
They gave me the wrong room at check in then swore I was lying! Had to speak to a manger to get me the correct room I purchased which was king. The staff was nasty. Once placing me in another room it was still missing a microwave which also was supposed to come with my room purchased however they stated I would have to pay an extra fee for a microwave in my room even though I had already paid for it! Bathroom was filthy! Called room service for 2 hours waiting on 2 towels!!! I had to go to the front desk after the 5th call because they still weren’t on the way, just to be told someone had to bring them to me. Which took yet another hr! The light in the bathroom broke on night 1 so for the remainder of my stay I had to use the restroom/ shower in the dark! This hotel is by far the worst I’ve ever stayed in.

My son enjoyed spending time with his friends on his birthday.
During the 2 days prior to my arrival for my son's 13th birthday I had spoken to 3 different hotel staff that all provided me different information, which was very frustrating. I was expecting 2 connecting rooms and a suite across the hall or next to those rooms. Upon my arrival, my rooms were not connecting, the suite was on the opposite side of the hotel, the third room wasn't ready until well after 4pm, and we had to get ice from the lobby. There was no order in the parking garage, so we sat there for approximately 20 minutes waiting for people to move just to park, We love the Hilton, but this was not a great experience.

I really enjoyed the spaciousness and the fact that it wasn't too far from dc to uber in and out of the city. It was clean and the breakfast was surprisingly good
when i checked in i think there was only one person on shift and quite a few people in the check in line so it took a while

The room was nice, though the shower has seen better days. It worked fine, but felt fragile. Staff was fantastic…professional, helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Everything I needed was within a 15-minute walk.
I mentioned the shower, but it was not a deal breaker, just a minor annoyance.

The amenities on site are very good, the market, the gym and bar.
The staff on check in were extremely slow checking in. There was a line of five people waiting to check in and there was only one attendant.
