Great breakfast, 2 free drinks for adults at happy hour, text alerts asking how my family’s stay is going, friendly staff, especially in the mornings.

If I had one critique, the air conditioner was inconsistent in keeping us cold when we came in from the beach compared to other hotels we have been to. We understood that because it was hot this week, that the room wouldn’t always be as cold as we liked. Nevertheless, we had no problems sleeping at night.

The breakfast was very good we really enyoy it, location was perfect . The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only issue that we had was the air condition the room was too hot 73 to 78 but they change me the room the second day. I will return.

Comfortable room with ample space. Room featured nice sitting area and separate bedroom area. The overall comfort convionced us that we will be back to the Embassy.

The evening reception is nice but the wine and beer offered needs to be upgraded. Yes, you can pay additonal money if you want to upgrade, but that's just another out of pocvket expense for guests.

The lobby was updated nicely. Large breakfast with so many options. Heated pool. Private access to the ocean was just across the street. Having a living room with a pull out bed and a separate bedroom makes it a great choice for families and groups.

The breakfast was excellent with many hot and cold choices! They even offered made to order omelettes they were delicious. The property is spacious and clean, beautiful plants giving a tropical vibe.

The room lights were a little too dim for my taste. I'd only recommend more lighting or brighter bulbs. 😁

I liked how nice and polite the staff was. The breakfast was very good and always hot. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The keyless entry into your room with your phone was very convenient.

The property is immaculate and the staff works so hard to keep it clean. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. It is a 3 min max walk to the beach.

Not located near many restaurants so we had to Uber a lot more than anticipated . A car would have been helpful . It’s a 40 min drive from the airport .

Breakfast was amazing. Coffee area seemed congested. Found it difficult to get creamer because station was only accommodating to a few people at a time.

I am thinking a couple coffee stations in the morning not side by side.

Great breakfast with the made to order omelets and buffet. Short walk to private beach. Friendly staff. A lot of indoor common areas for eating and spending time.

We requested housekeeping for the following day (as instructed). Assumed they would have stopped by while we were at the beach all day. We came back just before 5pm (beach chair rentals end at 5). Came in and room not cleaned. Called the front desk and they said housekeeping comes between 5-6pm. This seems like the worst time, as we were coming back from the beach and getting ready for dinner, so had to tell housekeeper we didn’t need service. Spent $50/day on 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella, which adds up.

The reception SHANA was no help at all.I made a reservation for 2 connecting rooms and I was given two separate rooms.I asked her if we can move to a different room but she just said NO right away.Even told me “You’re only staying one night right?” So that was disappointing.

The air conditioning was very weak in our room (#109) and even set below 70 it took several hours to cool the room down enough to sleep comfortably. It barely blows out of the vents.
