Fair.
The cleanliness of the room was not up to par. There was a large drink spill on the wall behind the bedside table.

Breakfast was good. Room was good except for wet carpet. Location was great.
Carpet was wet in entrance way. We had to keep shoes on or socks would be soaked. We notified agent at front desk. No solution was offered. We were hoping for a different room. Also a discount would have been a nice gesture. ( not a solution but at least a recognition of the inconvenience)

It was nice on entry and breakfast area was clean and comfortable.
The policy said not smoking or cannabis and there was cannabis smoking going on in a room down our hallway and I’m allergic to smoke of any kind. Plus it’s a very unpleasant smell.

The bed was great and it was quiet.
The breakfast was just okay but not great. Electrical outlets were fewer than normal.

regular beds were excellent
no dishes in unit at all. breakfast was lacking. eggs and sausage but pancake maker is broken. fruit was old. yogurt and coffee was fine

There is definitely a problem of cleanliness. We arrived on Sunday. The trash at the entrance was overspilling all over the place. Same thing inside the lobby. Our room wasn’t clean either and we asked to change for another.

They allowed us to check in early
They didn’t serve breakfast. We we’re told they didn’t serve breakfast that day. They didn’t even provide any complimentary food or snacks in exchange for the inconvenience. We paid the same amount. When we checked in we we’re told about the time for breakfast.

Room keys didn't work and had to have the front desk open for us every time. Not much variety for continental breakfast.

Nothing. The worst place I have ever stayed.
I didn't get a discount and was told that it was my fault!
The room was so disgusting. There was hair on the bed, stuck on food on the alarm clock and what seems to be ejaculatant on the carpet.
Three other families had similar issues that same weekend.

Room was nice and bed was good.
Most places allow me to use my credit for damage and then pay the room with my debit. They made me charge in one transaction. The front desk receptionist wasnt being understanding about my credit limit.

was -31 outside and the heat in the room wasn’t on, took forever to warm up…couldn’t close the drapes because they covered the heater

The location was easy to access.The staff was polite and the complimentary breakfast was good.
Was pretty loud because of other guests very late/early in the morning.It probably does not happen all the time but that night it did .

Included breakfast was mediocre. Really very little option for dietary concerns, but not different than what you would expect.
Seemed to be very noisy at night inside the hotel. No one shutting the partying down at night.
