Elevator broken Clock not plugged in and couldn't figure how to set it. Told me my credit card was rejected when it was not. Had to use another one.

Travelling with a wheelchair was made very difficult with the lack of space in the bathroom layout and circulation space in the room. The bathroom lights were so bright that using it for a nightlight caused a restless sleep. Two beds in a room makes manoeuvring a wheelchair during the night disruptive. Recycling is non-existent! All cups were throw-aways. For breakfast, all containers and cutlery went into the garbage when there are compostable units on the market. EV charging was good to see.

Easy parking and great location. Comfortable beds, nice towels, and little fridge but no microwave in room. Communal microwave in breakfast area. Very clean pool area. Breakfast consisted of yogurt, bagels and bread, boiled eggs, cereal, waffles, apples and bananas.

Air conditioner in room very noisy.

Room was as per our expectations based on the amount we spent on it. Beds were comfortable to sleep-in

sink/ bathroom was not super clean. microwave in the common/breakfast area smelled foul, like someone had peed in it and then made popcorn. Walls are very thin, you can hear your neighbours conversations.

Was concerned with the noise when I arrived. But by mid-evening it had quieted down and there were no problems overnight.

staff was great, very helpful. for a family of five the room set up was excellent. Pool and hot tub were a nice touch.

The room was comfortable, very quiet (we were on the 2nd floor) and breakfast was great. We went to other hotels during the trip and didn’t sleep well because of the comfort of the bed / room too warm / noise in other rooms but in this hotel we slept very well and this is the most important aspect for me!
